"Were you always like that?" -Aiden Castro #HTBTessa's POV:
My eyes widened as Aiden walked closer to me. I stepped back as the students stormed out of the class and he waited for everyone to go. Some girls intentionally pushed me towards the door where Aiden was standing but instead of saving me he took aside as I hit the wall and flinched. "Ouch!!" Aiden rolled his eyes and leaned against the opposite wall while I shot him a killer look. What did you think that he would save you? Hah, stupid Tessa.
I rubbed my arm and looked inside the class where Serena, Nathan, Tyler and Musa were still arguing unaware of Aiden and my presence. I was about to enter in the class again when Aiden spoke, making me stop dead on the tracks.
"Were you always like that?" I waited for him to continue but when he didn't, I looked back and that's when he said "stalking me all the time?" The expressions we unreadable. I frowned and turned to him fully crossing my arms around my chest. His eyes followed my movements making me a bit uncomfortable.
"Excuse me? Well, I don't have spare time to stalk a person like you." I stated as a matter of fact and waved at his direction. His eyes narrowed as his clenched his fists into balls. Angry young man huh? "And why am I wasting my time talking to you?" He took a threatened step towards me whereas I moved backwards.
"Don't you forget that I can get you fail in the assignment." The last thing I expected from him to say. I stared at him not having even a hint of amusement in my eyes. He turned towards the class when I spoke again.
"Your threats won't work on me Aiden."
"I know." He tilt his head a bit but didn't look at me as he walked inside the class leaving me stunned. Polite? How? I bet he was a bipolar and the students called me that.
The next week was hell. When I said hell, it means a real one. What could you expect from the gathering of three boys and three girls who hated eachother till no end and forced to worked together? I was sure that everyone was going to fail in this assignment because our coordination level was 0. No one was agreeing on the others options and this was the big reason our fights always started.
We had to keep Serena and Nathan as far as possible from eachother because everytime one of them spoke, it was a start of a sword fight. Musa and Tyler were doing there best to keep everything on place but there were times when they both also got into an argue and ended up not even looking at eachother. And now...only two people left. Aiden was as irritated with the whole situation as me. We looked at eachother and sighed.
Should I make a move?
He was sitting on the opposite side and checking his camera. "Any good shot?" Tyler asked. Aiden huffed and showed him the shots he captured. "The third one is good but it's blurry and the forth one came only half otherwise it was acceptable." Musa got up and went to them. Tyler showed her the pics and her face fell.
"One whole day of working our asses of and we captured nothing?" She sat on the bench as Tyler's head bent down.
"I know right." He whispered. "But we still have three days."
"Correction, two days. We will be leaving on this Friday. Remember the show?" Tyler nodded and I saw Aiden clenching his fists as they got quite for a time.
Awkward silence.
"Maybe there are some pics. Let me have a look." I forward my hand as I got up but Aiden snatched the camera from Tyler's hand and looked up.
