The next day.
I was in my pod freaking out about how I should ask him. Should I leave him a note? no! He is too good for that * sigh* I don't know😔. I was going through constant 'what if's' "what if he doesn't like me!?"and " What if I ruin are friendship " that's the last thing I want even if he doesn't feel the same way I need him in my life😫. I was so stressed I was pacing the pod all morning.
Branch's pov:
Ok I can do this!, I can do this!..... can I do this?!*sigh* I don't know 😔. My mind was like a seesaw,yes... no...yes....no. I took a big breath and walked over to Poppy's. I nervously knocked on her door.
Poppys pov:
I was still pacing my pod until I heard a knock on my pod door. I went to answer and immediately became nervous when I saw it was Branch. " Hey, I just wanted to ask you a question" he said looking really nervous. " Sure" I said smiling. Could you meet me by the root tunnels tonight around 11:00? He said hesitantly. " oh, sure " I replied. " Great see you then " he said then walked off. "What could he possibly want to say to me" I thought.
