The Date

Jonah's POV (the day of the date)
Today, all I could think about was the date, but I can't go home again, so I went through the school day thinking about the date. After school, I met up with the park's recreation manager and asked if I could block off a part of the park so I could set up the picknick early. The manager agreed, so I blocked off a section of the park near Andi's faveorite tree, and set up the picknick. By the time I was finished it was 6, so I went home to get ready. I called Cyrus and asked if he could come over to help pick out an outfit. He agreed, and we ended up picking out one of my dress shirts, a matching tie, a vest, and pants to match. I wonder how pretty Andi will look.
Andi's POV
I invited Buffy over so we cab do homework together, and so she can help me get ready for the date. We ended up picking out a dress that was a satin baby blue with a clip for my hair and shoes to match. As soon as Bex and Buffy finished putting on my makeup, Jonah knocked on the door. Bex opened it and called me down as Buffy was fixing my hair. When I walked downstairs, I saw Jonah jaw drop and he smiled. "Wow Andi. You look beautiful." Jonah said. " Thanks I got a little help from Bex and Buffy." I replied. " I got help from Cyrus." He replied. Then at the same time we not noticed that our outfits matched. "Great minds think alike, I guess" Jonah said as he held my hand. And we left. When we arrived at the movie theater, we bought popcorn and walked to our seats. Halfway through the movie, Jonah put his arm around me and I blushed. Then the big kissing scene came, and all the couples around us kissed, so me and Jonah did the same. After the movie, Jonah put a blindfold on me and took me somewhere. I felt grass between my toes so I knew it was the park, but why would he take me here? He took off the blindfold to reveal a beautiful picknick next to my favorite tree with my faveorite foods. "Jonah! I love it! Thank you!" I said as I kissed him on the cheek. After we ate, we learned against the tree and looked at the stars. I fell asleep with my head on Jonah's shoulder. I felt him kiss my forehead and carry me to the car. When we got to my house, there a note on the door that explained that Bex went out on a date with Bowie and that the door was open and that Jonah can stay as long as he wanted. (I guess that's what you get when cece and Pops are out of town.) So Jonah  took the note off the door and carried me to my room. He layed down next to me and we were both out like a light.
