Stay The Night

Andi's POV
"What movie should we watch?" I asked Bex. "You should watch a horror movie!" Bex said with exitement. "Do you not remember what happened last time I watched a horror movie?" I said chuckling. "Yeah, but that gives you a reason to hold on to Jonah. Oooooooooh!" Bex said in a playful way while softly punching my shoulder. Then the bell rang. "Mom! You get thne door, I'm ganna change into my pajamas!" I told Bex as I was running up the stairs. "Hey, Miss.Mack! Thanks again for letting me stay the night!" Jonah said in his normal upbeat tone. "No problem Jonah! Andi set up a horror movie for you guys to watch! She'll be here soon. She's changing into her pajamas." Bex responded. "Ok! Can you please show me where the bathroom is so I can change into mine?" Jonah asked politely as Bex pointed out the bathroom.
Jonah's POV
I put on my best pajamas, and asked out of the bathroom to see a beautiful Andi sitting on the couch with some popcorn. "Jonah!" Andi said as she gently hugged me to avoid any pain the bruses might cause. "I heard we're watching a horror movie!" I said as we sat on the couch. "I hate horror movies because they really scare me!" Andi said shivering. I took off my sweatshirt and gave it to her and told her "Don't worry! You've got me to protect you." I said as I kissed her forehead. Bex turned off the lights and went upstairs as Andi got comfortable. At one point of the movie, Andi screamed in terror, but I comforted her and gave her a kiss. By the end of the movie,  Andi had fallen asleep, her head on my lap. I gently picked her up off the couch and took her up to her bed. I layed down next to her, put my arm around her, and whispered "good night babe" and kissed her forehead. Five minutes later, we were both sound asleep.
