Hey I just met you

And this is crazy

But here's my number

So call me maybe

It's hard to look right at you baby

But here's my number

So call me maybe

Hey I just met you

And this is crazy

But here's my number

So call me maybe

And all the other boys

Try to chase me

But here's my number

So call me maybe....

"So call me maybe!" I sang along with Carly on the radio and turn on the volume more.

"Geez...Ash! Will you shut up? You got a nice throat. Why are you shouting like a walrus?" My friend and cousin, Jessica, shouted at the top of her lungs so I can hear her above the radio. She covered her ears and started glaring at me when I laughed at her questions.

I'm crazy and I know it!

I took a left from the corner of the last house on the street and towards my school. I started to hum as the next song started. I toned down the volume as was asked by Jess. No one wants an angry Jessica on a Monday morning. God! How much I hate Mondays.

Jessica, my sweet cousin, goes to the same school as I. West-wind High! The only high school in Woburn. It's a nice place. Quite and all. I like peace and tranquillity. It's better than the streets in Boston. I've never been a city person. I like sub-urbans better. It's been only like two months since we shifted here from Boston. My dad's got a wonderful job offer here from Millers Enterprise and he took it gladly. Since, my aunt and uncle (paternal) also live here so we got a bonus. Jessica is Uncle Jim and Aunt Margret's daughter and we have been best cousins since childhood. She's the only cousin I get along with.

About Jessica... She's this pretty blond with a body to die for and face that of an angel with grey beautiful eyes. She is almost 5'6" like me. Beauty with brains. Single right now. All available.

About me. I have got these dark brown hairs and blue-green eyes. I'm not too thin, not too fat. I'm okay, okay, I guess. Now enough of me.

"Have you heard the latest rumour in the school?"

Ah! My gossipmonger. Jess knows all the gossips around the school and she always try to keep me updated with them. If she weren't my cousin, I would have gladly called on her execution. I hate gossips. They are barely ever authentic. Even weather reports would be more real than them.

I nodded my head with the tune giving her the signal to continue with it. Don't you ever dare say no to anything she says or else be ready to have yourself be-headed. Jess don't like the word 'no'. She'll do everything to get a yes, even if she has to go whole rabid dog on you. SO.DO.NOT.SAY.NO.TO.JESSICA.FORESTT. Is that clear?

Back to the conversation.

"Ace is back!" she squealed like a fifth grader and started fanning herself. I rolled my eyes and focused on my driving.

"What's so great about that?" I said," He's Ace Miller, not Zac Efron. And stop fanning yourself, it's weird."

"But he's hot." She said, and continued with some usual adjectives describing Ace." And sexy and handsome and dark and mysterious and smart and delicious an..."
