Austin's POV-
Later that day, I walked out of my trig classroom, egar to hopefully see Alan again. I wasn't quite sure why. I mean, I'm not gay. I have a sexy girlfriend, Jena. She had long brown hair, and always wore her black eyeliner a little too thick and smudged slightly on the left side of her deep brown eyes. She had curves in all the right places, beautiful breats and wide hips. She was perfect.
I look up from watching my feet scatter quickly and see Alan running up to me. Silly little sophomore, it's like he has a crush on me or something. "Hi!" He practically shouts, waving at me.
"Hey Alan." I hesitated, trying not to sound too excited.
"I wanted to show you something." Alan exclaimed, his eyes hopeful. I lifted my eyebrows, as if to ask what? He just grabbed my arm and pulled me out to the parking lot excitedly. "Do you drive?"
"Yes.." I said, questioning him.
"Good! Lets go!"
"Go whereee?" I questioned and sighed.
"Loyola's bar." And we were off.
Alan's POV-
Oh god, this is so exciting. Austin is gonna see me play. Why am I so excited? He's just a new friend of mine. Maybe he'll want to be out vocalist. Oh god, we're here. I've been talking to myself in my head this whole car ride. How embarassing.
The Like Lightening sign was hanging on the front door to the bar. We walked in and heard a chorus of "Hey Austin" and "Hey Alan".
"So Austin, we're a cover band. Just a lame boy band. But we're looking for a vocalist." Tino just decided to go ahead and ask, I guess.
"Yeah, what Tino is trying to say is, we have a show tonight and no vocalist. We've heard you have quite the voice, so we were wondering if you wanted to do vocals for us." I said, I was excited. I wanted to work with Austin.
"Dudes," Austin hesitated at first, "I'd love to!" He exclaimed, and we all bumped fists.
