Shaun💙- I'm outside.

I looked down at my phone and seen Shaun texted me. I was a little upset about how everything turned out between Asia, Lucas, and I. Especially Asia, we have been best friends for seven years and I did not want that to end. I sighed and walked downstairs to open the door. Shaun turned around and smiled.

"Wassup baby", he said smiling

"Hey", I said slightly smiling

He gave me a hug then stepped back. "You alright? What's wrong?"

"Nothing"

He stared at me.

"What?", I asked

"You can't lie to me. I know when something is wrong with you. Now, what's wrong"

I sighed. "I just had an argument with Asia and Lucas and I'm just a little sad about how things turned out"

"Can we talk about it inside the house?"

I nodded and stepped aside.

"Where's your mom?"

"Both my parents are at work, so you have to be gone by 5 because that's when they get off of work"

He chuckled and nodded. "Where's your room?"

"Upstairs"

"Do you want to talk about what happened upstairs then?"

"Um..yeah I guess"

I turned around and walked upstairs to my room with him following. I opened the door and stepped aside so he can walk in, then I closed it behind him. He walked over to my bed and sat down.

"Now...tell me what happened", he said pulling me onto his lap

"It's really nothing important babe. Asia and I have fights all the time, we'll be fine by tomorrow"

"Its not because you were hanging with me today right? I don't want to be the reason you guys aren't friends anymore"

"No no, it's not you"

"Good", he said wrapping his arms around my waist

I felt a little bit uncomfortable because I have never been this close to a boy before, let alone...let a boy into my room.

"Babe, what's really wrong? You seem tense. You need a massage?"

"No, I'm good. I have homework that I need to start on", I said standing up

"Wait wait", he said grabbing my wrist standing up. "Baby you really need a massage. You are really tensed up. You are probably stressing from school, don't you think you need a break?"

"Sometimes, but taking a break from school isn't gonna help me graduate"

"What do you wanna do after high school?"

"Go to college and major in nursing"

He nodded. I walked over to the corner and picked up my backpack. I walked back over to the bed and sat down.

"How much homework do you have?"

"Not a lot. Just math and AP English homework"

"YN!"

"Dang it. It's my brother, please stay quiet. He won't snitch, but he might try to black mail me if he sees or hears you"

He nodded.

"WHAT DJ"

He started jiggling the door knob. "Why the door lock? Your door never lock, you good?"
