The Rogue

=[Chapter 11]=

~3rd Person POV~

It hadn't been to long between Dinolight's last run in with her friends. There's a new autobot and Wheeljack had been asked by Bumblebee to seek the presence of the rogue dinobot. She receives a ground bridge, transforms, and trots into the base, the ground shivering beneath her mighty pedes.

As she charges through the ground bridge, she lets out an ear piercingly loud roar to announce her presence. She loves the attention. Dinolight spots Bumblebee and decides to have a little fun... as well as possibly spooking the new guy.

Dinolight runs straight for Bumblebee and leaps into the air. As her body rotates, she kicks the yellow mech back into a wall. As he hits the wall she falls to the floor. Dinolight hadn't kicked Bee too hard, she just wanted it to be believable so when she turned to the new mech, he would be utterly terrified. And that, he was.

His optics widen as he steps back in fear. Dinolight charges at him with a roar, keeping her jaws widened afterward.

"Ahh!" The white mech screeches as he throws his servos over his helm. Dinolight stops just as her jaws are around the mech. He waits for something to happen, but nothing comes. He opens his shut optics and lowers his servos to see the dinobot staring at him, her helm is sideways. He stands between her massive jaws, the sharp teeth barely missing his body.

He stands as still as he can till the beast pulls back and stands straight. It seems to start laughing and soon falls onto its rear, its pedes stick out in front of it. The beast transforms.

"Oh! Oho!" She starts through her heavy laughter. "You should have seen your face!"

"Why me?!" Bee blips.

"You've gone crazy!" Wheeljack says with a smirk as he walks in through the entrance cave.

"When wasn't I crazy?" She asks happily as she gets on her pedes. She looks to the white mech and nears him. "Dinolight."

"Uh," he seems to be at a loss of words.

"Dinolight!" Bee whirs angrily. "You can't just do that!"

"Well your not dead," Dinolight says bluntly. Bee goes to retaliate but he's heard of what she can do from Wheeljack and decides to see the humor in what she had done. The new mech comes back to reality.

"That was awesome!" He says with a huge grin as he brings forth a fist. Dinolight smiles.

"I like this kid," she looks at the mechs she knows, then back to the newbie, who's smiling like a fool. "What's your name, kid?"

"Smokescreen!" He says happily.

"Alright, Smokey," Dinolight gives a nickname. "You look like your fast. How about a race?" She challenges.

"He doesn't have wheels yet," Bulkhead informs. "And besides! Racing is against our rules!" Smokescreen looked upset.

"He can't just search it on the human's World Wide Web?" Dinolight asks as if it were normal.

"You happen to be more advanced than us," Ratchet starts. "It surprises me seeing as you are much older than the autobots and decepticons alike."

"Hey!" Dinolight snaps at him, causing him to flinch. "You don't talk about a femme's age."

"My apologies," he says as he turns back to his computer.

"Well then, Smokey! Looks like we got a car to find!" Dinolight says as she transforms to her pterodactyl form. Smokescreen stares in awe as she takes flight. He's sucked out of his trance as the flying beast swoops in and grabs his shoulders with her massive claws.
