I'm the type of girl that doesn't tell anyone when she's upset. I'll keep the sadness, jealousy e.t.c. inside until one day, it all comes out because I couldn't keep it in anymore. Though keeping it all in never truly was a help. It actually just made things worse because in the end, I fell apart, hoping I could keep it all in with no problems at all.
