Aphmau's POV

*Play Song*

"What?" The man questions, clenching his fists.

He stands up, a scowl developing on his face.

Aaron stands up to him, guilt in his eyes.

"Your the son of a bitch's.....son!" He yells, his nostril's flaming.

"Sir, my father did that accidentally, please try and understand....."

"Understand? Understand what boy?! That he destroyed my family, your girlfriend's family?!"

"Please sir, he couldn't control his Ultima powers and he......." Aaron tries, but the man interrupts him.

"So he was the Ultima huh? Wait, so that means...." The man tries pushing Aaron to the side, grabbing me behind him, my frail radiated body exploding with pain.

Aaron noticed my pain, sending a reassuring look my way.

"Stay away from my daughter Ultima........." The man starts, but then I rush in front of him, spreading my arms out like a shield between the man and Aaron.

"Please! Don't!" I try, but the man stops me.

"You don't understand my dear! I don't want him to hurt you the same way......"

"Please!.......Dad......"

That makes him freeze, the adrenaline in him dying.

Katelyn was on her feet, not knowing what to do so she stood still.

"Aaron.......he saved me Dad....."

He keeps listening, breathing heavily.

"About a month ago, I decided for myself I had enough......."

Everyone stays silent, Katelyn and Dad trying to figure out what I was saying.

Aaron knew all too well.

"I couldn't take it.........I couldn't take these horrific things that happened to me......"

"So when I found out I had cancer and that the treatment weren't working.....I knew I was going to die soon enough........" My voice breaking.

"What are you saying Aphmau...." Katelyn tries, but I continue.

"Slowly......"

"Painfully......"

"Worthlessly......"

"And I knew........there were some people........who would be too sad if they knew I was going to die so I thought just get it over with...."

Dad's expression becomes shocked, his mouth ajar.

"One night, I left Aaron a note, so when he woke up, he'd know why I did what I did, then I went to Falcon Cliff......."

"And I stood at the edge of it.......staring into the long drop below.....and I.....and I...."

"....I jumped..."

Katelyn and my Dad gasp, horrific expressions on their face.

"Then the next thing I remember was Aaron pulling me back from the drop, not letting me fall, he then took me back to his place, where he helped me.............talked with me.......helped me realize what I have to live for......"

I then turn back to Aaron, meeting his concerned gaze.

"...He saved me Dad........he never in anyway hurt me....."

It was still silent for a few moments, my father looking to Aaron, his expression blank.

He then walks slowly around me to Aaron, stopping a meter away from him.

He then does the most unexpected thing possible.

He sticks out his hand to Aaron, gesturing for him to take it.

Aaron looked shocked, hesitantly taking his hand.

"Thank you......for everything you did for my daughter......" Dad thanks, a smile on his face.

"Don't only thank me, Katelyn was there
throughout everything that happened as well" Aaron gestures to Katelyn, who also gets a grateful handshake from my father.

I exhale in relief.

I smile at the happy scene, until my brain starts pounding.

I stumble backwards, my back finding the wall.

My breathing rigid, and the edges of my vision fuzzy, I slowly slide down the wall, my conscious being lost.

Aaron notices me slowly going limp, his eyes widening as he rushes over to me.

"Aph? APH?!" His voice becoming disoriented as my eyelids were slowly closing.

The last words I heard, before the darkness consumed me, was Aaron's.

"Somebody call an ambulance!"
