Jack's breathing turned heavily as Yandere began to kiss a trail lower and lower. Stopping at the rim of his jeans to slide his hands over his hips to the button. Jack swallowed hard, feeling the button come loose and the zipper creep down. Yandere peeled away the pieces of his jeans to reveal his underwear... but stopped. Jack glanced down to see what the problem was, but Yandere wasn't looking at him. Yandere was looking down at the floor. Now that everything seemed so eerily quiet, Jack heard it too. A soft tapping noise was coming from the floor. Jack strained to get as close to the edge as he could to look. The book had fallen off the slab and right next to it the pen was vibrating on the wooden floor. Did that mean something? Jack laid back against the slab, asking a scared Yandere. "Yandere? Something wrong"? Yandere quickly rose up on all fours as the pen skidded across the floor toward the living room. Yandere rolled off the slab and snatched his katana off the top of one of the kitchen cabinets. Jack felt like he was missing something. Watching the pen roll off into the living room and behind the couch, he saw why. A man stood up from his hidden spot behind the couch, spinning the pen between his fingers.
Yandere jumped up onto the slab over him, stating boldly as he snapped out at the Host. "LEAVE! NOW"! The Host stopped spinning his pen as he told Yandere simply. "Well, it seems it didn't take him long to get you out of your shirt, Yandere". Yandere raised his sharp katana, the light glinting off the blade as he replied darkly. "Get out. I won't tell you again". The Host smirked, before answering calmly. "The meeting is over. I don't have to put up with you any longer. It's YOU, I'm going to write out". Yandere glanced at the book that was now sliding across the floor and leapt off the slab to land on it. Only Jack knew where this was going. The Host had done it on purpose. Forcing Yandere to leave him! As Yandere landed on the book, the Host vanished and appeared at his side holding his pen to Jack's throat. The Host kept his bandaged eyes on Yandere as he recited happily. "Yandere's fatal move was in thinking that I needed that book to write him out. When the truth isn't as pleasant. Anything I write on will work just fine. The Host proved this gruesome fact by demonstrating his signature... across Jack's shoulder... in Jack's own blood".
Jack cried out as he felt the sharp prick of the quill pen against his throat. Then before he could even recover, the Host quickly adjusted his hand to dig his signature into Jack's flesh! Jack jerked against the chains, screaming so loud that nothing else could be heard. When the Host finished he looked up suddenly in surprise. His tone turning threatening as he snapped back. "You wouldn't DARE, Yandere"! Jack twisted to look at Yandere. Yandere hand his foot on the book and his katana hovering over it. Was he going to stab the book?! The Host growled back down at him sharply. "No. He's going to turn the page, Jack. YES, HE'S GOING TO DESTROY IT"! Yandere's eyes narrowed and the Host piped out in a bitter narrative. "Although, what Yandere doesn't seem to realize is that if he destroys that book. He'll destroy the character it was based around. Not to mention the very world that he is currently standing in. Yandere... appears confident that that won't happen. The Host wonders why... until...". The Host fell silent as Yandere smugly stated aloud in a mock narrative tone. "Until the Host realizes that Yandere already knew the secret behind your special pen. I told you. HE'S MINE"! Yandere raised plunged the katana into the book without another thought! The Host cried out in agony over the loss of his book, while Jack screamed in blinding pain! It felt like the katana hand plunged into HIS CHEST!
The world around them blurred and became a white void, before everything seemed to quickly sketch itself in. Followed by colors. He was back in his room. It felt like forever since Billy had taken him from here! Sitting up, Jack touched his shirt and pants. Did any of that even happen? Behind him the computer was still blaring the skull game screen. Had he gotten so scared that he knocked himself out? Climbing to his feet, he rubbed his wrists. They didn't look like they had been shackled. Jack felt relieved, but a bit disappointed. What had happened to Yandere? Had he even existed? Jack moved over to his computer to shut off the game. He needed the silence. To piece this all together. Was this place even real? A voice in his doorway made him jump back against the wall as it said softly. "It's all real". Jack licked his lips nervously at the sight of... Mark? He was wearing a wide-neck white shirt that hung off one shoulder and deep blue jeans. Jack chuckled nervously, asking. "How did you get here, Mark"? The man shook his head with a small smile, saying tenderly. "I don't blame you for not recognizing me. It's hard to pull off a uniform like that in the real world. Unless, it's Halloween or for a simply day at home. Couldn't very well get on a plane like that". Jack relaxed a bit, when he asked suspiciously. "How much of all that was real"?
Yandere leaned back against the doorframe, crossing his arms as he answered honestly. "The second you saw 'Billy' in the reflection of your computer screen. I was out here in the hall with the Host. He wrote you into the story and then me. Using what I knew about you to make Billy seem more... real? If that's the right way to say that". Jack moved away from the wall to ask, curiously. "How did you get us out then? The Host said it would kill me. I felt like it killed me"! Yandere unfolded his arms to remove a paper from his back pocket. It appeared to have been apart of the book. Blushing a little, Yandere told Jack. "I didn't write anything inside you. I wanted you to believe that to help me... forget about what I did. That way the Host couldn't just read it out of my head... and without the book he couldn't check it to know. At least not until the end". Jack wanted to reach out for the page, but instead he asked gently. "What did you do then"? Yandere handed Jack the page, telling him happily. "I told you. You can't trust the Host to do anything. So, I wrote a... small escape clause for you. As long as I tore out this page before I destroyed the book, you'd be freed. I told you that I couldn't hurt you".
Jack looked over the page with a smirk. Yandere was really something. He managed to manipulate a manipulator. Folding the paper back up, Jack asked Yandere innocently. "So, what happens now? Won't the Host come for me"? Yandere shrugged, telling Jack honestly. "It's possible. He doesn't like when people get away, but as long as you're careful. You can avoid him well enough. I can keep an eye out for him for you". Yandere moved off the doorframe and started to head for the stairs, when Jack called after him. "Yandere? Would you mind staying a little while? I could sure use the company"? Yandere stopped on the steps to casually look back with a small smile. Jack grinned back brightly. He owed Yandere something at the very least. He had saved his life from the Host, after all. Following him downstairs, Jack put on a fresh pot of coffee. When it was ready, he set the cup before Yandere asking a bit uneasy. "Yandere? Why do you think the Host signed his name on me"? Yandere cautiously leaned forward to pull Jack's collar away to reveal it was still there. Yandere shrugged, sitting back as he answered. "I'm not sure. I would have thought that it would vanish by now... but I'm sure it will heal over with time".
The door bell rang, calling both their attentions. Jack couldn't remember if he had been expecting anybody. Moving to the door, he peeked out the peep hole to see who it was. No one. Sighing in relief, Jack told Yandere happily. "Must be the mail man". Opening up the door, he froze at the thing laying on his door matt. A tan leather journal book. On the yellow sticky note attached to it, it read; "To: Jack From: Anonymous 'Let your story begin". Jack glanced around the yard, looking for the person who left it. He didn't see anyone who might have. Yandere walked up behind him, whispering to him sternly. "Don't open that". Jack slammed the door, muttering out. "I'm not even going to touch it". Yandere stared sternly at the door, saying calmly. "I'll get rid of it". Jack found himself reaching out to place a hand on Yandere's cheek, turning his head to look at him. With a smile, Jack leaned in toward Yandere to whisper close to his lips. "Later". Yandere smirked back, leaning the rest of the way into Jack's kiss. The End.
