chapter 12

Ana's pov:

this movie idea was amazing. I loved hanging out with shawn. I could be myself around him, and he was himself around me. when we were watching the movie shawn kept looking down at me and smiling. I wonder why.

Shawn's pov:

I kept on looking at ana. I tried not to, she's just so adorable. I can't help it. she leaned in closer to me, and put her arm around my waist. I kissed the top of her head and rubbed her shoulder again. then there was a knock on the door.

-hold on! I said while pausing the movie and ana sat up.

-come in!

it was my mom. she walked in and smiled.

-so, I take your first day was really good, huh honey?

I blushed and said

-pretty amazing, I laughed and ana started getting up.

-hi mrs mendes, I'm ana. Shawn's friend.

-friend? my mom winked and laughed.

I cut in

-mom-

-I'll leave you two alone. my mom said and turned to leave.

I got up to close the door and picked up ana.

-SHAWN MENDES PUT ME DOWN!

she yelled holding in her laugh.

I ran around my room and dropped her on my bed gently.

she laughed and covered her face in embarrassment. I say down next to her and she put her hands through her hair.

-back to the movie? I said scooting back to the start of the bed.

-yeah, sure.

we were almost done with the movie and I hadn't kissed her in a while. I leaned in and she saw me out of the corner of her eye. I cupped her face in my hands and kissed her for a while. I don't know how many times I've said this, but she's amazing. I'm so happy I met her.
