Subject: I have an ideaMs. Thomas, your email has been received by my client, Emily Williams. She has refused to work with Mr. Young for personal reasons, but since I am her manager and friend, I have to disagree with her. Oh, I'm sorry. I haven't introduced myself.
I am Mrs. Olivia Williamson. I'm her manager, editor, and best friend. I'm sorry that Miss Williams herself isn't getting back to you. I think it's ridiculous how the two of them are acting. I'm sorry if that offended you, but I think we need to find a way to get them together and talk this out. She's very stubborn, but I'm sure we could sort this out if I made her sit in a room with Mr. Young.
You see, I'm not too fond of mixing up personal matters with business things either. It's not professional. That's why I've taken the liberty to tell her I would take over her business emails for the time being. I think it would be best if you and I found a way to get them together to talk this out.
Please get back to me,
Olivia Williamson
