Colourless

Chapter 2

~First day of school~

Warm rays of sunlight entered through a window of a black painted bedroom which had a navy blue floor. It wasn't a big room but big enough for the owner.

There wasn't much in this room, the owner of the room had a small desk next to the window with a small bookshelf next to desk. His bed was in the middle of the back wall with a drawer placed at the end bed.

With a yawn the boy who slept on the bed woke up and sat up to stretch his tired arms, his white hair was a mess and his black eyes slowly opening showing how sleepy the person is.

Suddenly a knock was heard downstairs, the boy knew who it was and yelled half sleep "Come in Ren!" The door was unlocked and up came a young boy with black hair.

You might be wondering why the parents didn't up the door well you see Ayumu's parents are out on a business trip but asked their son if he knew a friend who would look after the blind boy while they were out.

Of course Ayumu asked Ren to look after him because he wanted to know the boy more and vice versa. "Really Ayumu you are still in bed? It's the first day of school get up sleepy!" Ren jumped onto the bed making Ayumu fall out of it.

"Owww Ren!" Before the boy could complain more his school uniform was thrown at him. The uniform was a white button down collar shirt with a black jacket with buttons hidden inside. The boys of the school have to wear black trousers while the girls wore black skirts but everyone wore white shoes.

Ayumu sighed and got dressed with a bit of help of Ren, he was still having problems getting dressed even after a few weeks of being used to being blind.

Once fully dressed Ren checked the time the time on his watch "Oh no we better hurry!" Quickly running to the kitchen Ren gets them some toast with butter and jam and drag's his friend to school while eating breakfast.

Standing outside the gate the two friends enter their new school, people already staring and whispering about the two specially the one with white hair who is holding onto his friends shoulder tightly while Ren had a huge grin on his face with sparkling eyes.

"Ren, are people staring at us?" Whispering to his friend as the friend hums as a way to say yes. "A great way to start the first day then" sighing and so their first day of school started.
