Chapter 6: It wasn't her fault

~Finn P.O.V~

I woke up to Jack banging on my door. By the sound it was making I was guess it was with all his strength.

"Finnegan Harries wake up!" Jack yelled from the other side of my door.

"What do you want?" I yelled back loudly.

"Get out of bed, NOW!"

"Holy okay man. Keep your pants on" I mumbled under my breath. I quickly crawled out of bed not worrying about putting on a shirt or pants on, its only Jack after all. "What do you want?" I yelled coming out of my bedroom.

"You're on TV Finnegan"

"Well yeah of course I'm on TV, I'm a famous YouTub-"

"Not for that. For knocking Justin's ass out cold. He's not happy, but they don't know who you are, yet. They have pictures of you doing it but not your face. They have pictures of Aiyana though Finn, they wanna get Aiyana to tell them your name. They think Aiyana got you to do that to Justin since she was seen leaving with you." Jack spoke worried that I would blow up. I clenched my fists and breathed though my nose trying to calm myself, but it's wasn't working.

"FUCK! FUCK! FU-" my yelling was cut short when someone knocked on the door. "I got it" I said looking at Jack before walking for the door.

"Maybe I should get it so you can cal-"

"I GOT IT JACKSON!" I could feel the frown on his face at my use of his full name. I peeked though the door before opening it because even if I was in a bad mood I was not going to take it out on Aiyana. I sure as hell am happy I looked too cause there stood Aiyana. She was wearing short shorts, tank top with writing on it, and a messy bun. She looked so cute. I swing the door open leaning against the door frame. "Hey beautiful, what's up?"

"Umm.. hey.. umm... Finn." she blushed looking up and down my body then staring at the floor. I totally forgot I was just in my boxers.

"Hey, Aiyana. I can change if that helps you not stare" I teased earning a slap in the arm.

"Yeah... umm no.. You're good, I mean I'm good" she blushed again turning an even darker shade of red.

"Ok, whatever you say" I smiled itching my stomach. My smile grew when I saw her eyes following my every move. "What was it that you need love?"

Aiyana's P.O.V.

I can't even focus right now. Finn in only boxers, why?! Oh he's model material ..

"Love. What can I do for you?" Finn asked for I think the second or third time.

"Did you bring me home l-last night?" I stuttered.

"Yeah, but I didn't go in your pocket to get your keys. I asked Dan to I thought you'd been felt up enough last night and Dan's your best friend so I though it'd be better....." He rambled on and on. I thought it was sweet though. Most guys would have taken the chance to touch a girl's ass, but not him. I grabbed the back of his neck bringing his lips down to mine in a passionate kiss. I think he was surprised at my action at first because it took him seconds to find my hips with his hands. I pulled away first but not before pecking his lips once more.

"Thank you Finn"

"For what?"

"For everything" I said leaning in once again but pulling away again when hearing a fake cough in his apartment.

"What Jack?" Finn sighed still holding me in his arms.

"Umm... I think Aiyana phone is going off" Jack laughed. Wow. We really zoned out this time.

"Shit. I got it" I laughed pulling out my phone.

"Hello?"

"Hi. Is this Aiyana Harding?"

"Yes?"

"Hi. This is Justin's Lawyer Jason, we were wondering if you could come speak to us tomorrow about the beer bottle accident?"

"Umm.. sure. Will I need a Lawyer there too?"

"You should get one, you know since you're gonna need someone to tell your lie" then an evil laugh sounded in the back before Justin's Lawyer hang up.

"My lie?" I asked out loud to myself while putting my phone back in my pocket.

"What was that about princess?"

"Umm.. I have to go talk to Justin's lawyer tomorrow and I need a lawyer with me to tell.. my lie?" I'm so confused right now. What's my lie?

"Finn tell her" Jack said sending Finn daggers

"Jack shut it" Finn growled

"Aiyana, Justin thinks you put Finn up to it"

"God damn it Jackson!" Finn yelled out in frustration "say one more thing and I'm gonna punch you in the face" he roared letting go of me balling up his fists.

"Wow wow guys there's a lady here" I heard a familiar voice say behind me. Thank god Dan is here now. I turned around hugging Dan. "So what's going on here anyway?" Dan said an arm still over my shoulders.

"Jackson's being a jackass" Finn yelled pointing at him

"Finnegan is being a dumbass" Jack yelled also

"And Aiyana's leaving to go get a lawyer" and with that I left the boys apartment leaving to find the best lawyer to tell the truth that only I knew.

I am so so so so so so so sorry I haven't updated!!!!! I can't think of anything to write but I didn't wanna delete the book so here it is...
