Captive (Byakuya x Reader)

Chapter 2

I woke up in a real bed. I first I thought I was home, but then I realized it wasn't my room. I sighed and looked around. Squad 4... I think as I sit up. Ignoring the pain. "Your awake," Said a women.

She had soft blue eyes. Her black hair was in braids at the front and her smile was kind. "Yes.." I said. "You had quiet a beating with Captain Kuchikie, you shouldn't being sitting up," She said. "No, no! I am fine! What's your name?" I ask. "Retsu Unohana, Captain Unohana of the fourth squad," She said.

"Thank you Captain Unohana, I don't I could've really healed if it weren't for you," I said, smiling. She smiled "No problem," She said. I saw Byakuya walk into the room. "Captain Kuchikie!" I nearly choke out. 

"Hello Y/n," He said.  "She'll be healed in a few days of rest," Said Captain Unohana and she walked away. "Why did you sit there and await my Shikai?" He asked immediately. "There was nothing else to do, I couldn't fight it," I said simply. "And I tried to fight again after the Shikai, because I didn't want you to think me as a regular human girl, I used rage in that battle of my family, and yet.. I feel like that wasn't the full existent of my powers..." I said.

He sat down by my bed, "You fought well, what was that bow?" He asked. "Shingetsu," I responded. "It means New Moon, and if you don't know the phase it is, then it is the dark moon phase," I responded.

"That is new.." He muttered.

There was silence as he was in thought. "I-I think I can head back," I said, trying to get up. Byakuya helps me and I lean on him. Putting my weight on him that I could not carry on my own.

We left the squad 4 hospital. I notice as we walked by people whispering about us. But I think me and him could care less. I saw a girl with blueish, grey, purple hair and a girl with Bandages around her waist with short black hair appear out of a bush.

"Butter, butter, butter," Chanted the girl with black hair taking pictures. "It's 'Cheese' Nemu-san!" Said the blue color hair. Nemu ignored her. "Butter, Butter, Butter...."

Byakuya watched them. "Now run for it!" Shouted the blue purple grey hair girl. Running. He sighed. "Capture them," He said, and snapped his fingers. A bunch of guys appeared and held down the 2 girls.

The silver hair one let out a sob (not a real one) as we walked towards her. "I don't know what you are up to, but when you choose me as your target, you will be defeated," Said Byakuya. The silver hair screamed, I smiled. "Fail," I muttered.

Me and Byakuya finally made it to my barracks- Wait? Was this his manor? "Byakuya, Isn't this your manor?" I asked. "Yes," He responded. Me and him walk into his manor. I was confused but we go to his back yard. "Whoa.." I said, running to the little pond to look at the fish. "Pretty!" I said, looking at the Koi.

He smirked, "I never seen you so fascinated," He said. It was true, animals or fish always brought you to be more happy. I smiled, "I guess so..." I muttered. I felt his hand on my shoulder, I look up at him and stand from my crouching position, "What's wrong Byakuya?" I asked.

"I am sorry about hurting you," He said. I smiled softly, "Oh Byakuya, why do you think I'd be mad at you?" I asked.  I thought about it, heating up a little. I never seen him apologies really. He smirked at me.

I look at the fish, noticing Byakuya put a hand around my waist sideways. Also watching the fish. I heated up and blushed a bit. I leaned my head on his shoulder. I hear someone enter the yard and we immediately break up. It was Renji.

"Sorry," He rubbed his back of his neck, "Am I intruding?" he asked. Byakuya shook his head, "What is it Renji?" He asked. "Rukia and I are going out tonight, so don't be worried about us! Send a hell butterfly if you need me!" And he went zooming out.
