Captive (Byakuya x Reader)

Chapter 4

I wake up, I have been in a hospital for a few days and I was ready to get out.

I stumbled out of my bed. I walked to the squad 6 barracks. I walk in slowly. People where quiet as I walked to my bedroom. "Serves you right!" Shouted the girl who envied me because of a stupid rumor a few years back.

I glare at the girl, "I am in no strength to fight you girl," I growled. I saw everyone in the room going completely silent to watch us. "Oh yeah? Then I guess my kick you can't dodge!" She shouted. She kicked me where I was stabbed and I flew back. And fell to the ground. To weak to fight. Blood spilled out of my mouth.

"What's wrong HUH? Don't have the captain to save you? Hm?" Shouted the girl. I didn't respond. I just laid on the ground. Shingetsu was in no place to fight. For she lost some power too.

She kicked me in the stomach, "Pathetic," She spit out. More blood spilled. She began to walk away. "Zenna," Came a male voice from above me. The girl looked up at the male speaker, "I am so sorry Captain Kuchiki! She was threating us to fight and I had to defend myself because she summoned Bonkai!" She said quickly and bowed.

My whole body twitched as I try to look up at Byakuya. My necklace was still clasped on tight, "Her necklace is still on, and her spiritual pressure didn't even spike," Said the captain. "Uhh... Ummm.." She couldn't think of an excuse. She went and tried to punch the captain. He caught her hand with ease, his eyes narrowing at her.

"I'll make sure the head captain hears this," He says. He looked down at my body, and helped me up. "Be careful or your wounds will open up," He says as he helps me to my bedroom.

"T-thank you.." I whisper to him. He sat me on my bed and sat next to me. I leaned on him tiredly, "Your welcome," He said back. "What happened..?" I ask. He looked at me confused, "I mean, at the training ground.." I said. "Aizen may've done more than give you spiritual pressure," He responded. "I'm going to kill him!" I said angrily. "Your in no stance to fight," He responded.

I sighed. "Nothing will stop me," I said. "What he's done is unforgiveable," I growled.

"I think so too," Said Byakuya. I picked up my head to have his drop down to my shoulder. I smiled and watched his breathing even out. Someone entered and I immediately put my finger in the 'shushing' position.

Renji walked in quietly and whispered: "Good luck with the captain," He said. I smiled and nodded to thank him. He smiled and walked out.

I slowly put the sleeping Byakuya on the bed and got up. I put some paperwork on my desk and began to work.

It was an hour and Byakuya started to wake. I smiled and looked at him from my work, "Awake?" I asked. His eyes went wide and he looked at me "Did anything happen? Was there a meeting?" He asked.

I laughed, "Calm down captain, nothing interesting happened," I said smiling. "Good," He said more calmly. "You've been out for about an hour," I said. He nodded and than sat back down on my bed.

He walks over to me. I look up and stand, "I think I got all the work done.." I said. I look at him, and he leaned in. I did too, soon our lips connect. I wrap my hands around his neck. We broke to breathe.

"Oh! It's so adorable to see comrades get together... " Said a familiar voice. I look behind Byakuya to see snake eyed Gin.

I grab my necklace, "Shingetsu!" I shout. The bow quickly turned straight to Shikai, she must've noticed my voice change and mood change. Byakuya quickly turned to face him and pulled out his sword.

"Gin, what do you want?" I ask. He smiled. I pulled back a arrow that appears. "Tell. Me." I said. "You two should really be a couple," Commented Gin. I was about to let go of my arrow when I notice his sword wasn't the right color. But green.
