Chapter 4: Why Lie? And Still Love Her!

Chase POV

Yeahhhhhhhh your boy got his own pov. My sister is so petty sometimes I swear she bipolar sometime like my mom. I been with Shanell for 3 years and i want to marry her she makes my whole life part. I don't know why my mom and sister don't like her. My sister not talking to me at all and my mom sometimes talk to me. I walked in Michelle bedroom and saw April sitting on the bed. April had a crush on me ever since. I mean she cute and all and if I was a little younger I would go out with her. She got her no good boyfriend Cole. I went into her bedroom and sat on the bed. April looked at me and rolled her eyes. "I told you about rolling them eyes they gone stick in your head" I said. "Well I don't care along I don't see your ugly ass face" said April with an attitude. She was also petty. I know that some of you don't like me just because I'm going out with Shanell but I love her and they were gone have to deal with that. I grabbed April hand "look I know you mad because I'm marrying her but I love her and Yall have to deal with that so bare with me and help Michelle and my mom talk to me" I said with pleading eyes hoping she would say yes. "Well since you said it like that then no" I swear she gets on my nerves. I swear she acts like my mom and my sister they act just alike. With my mom gone with Shanell I guess I'm stuck with these two. "April can you please help me" I said pleading she would help me. "Yeah ill help you" she said. "What I need to do" I said hoping she would not say anything stupid. "Don't marry her" I knew she was going to say that. "You know I love her" I said. "You right you do love a hoe" she said and started laughing. My face started turning red. She must've seen my face because she stops laughing. "I was just playing but love is a strong word but anybody could say it." She said. I understand what she is saying but confused at the same time. "I'll be back" she said standing up and went to the bathroom I guess to check on Michelle. I got up and went to my room and watched TV.

Michelle POV

I was sitting on the floor and heard a light knock on the door. "Who is it" "April" I opened the door she came in and sat on the floor. "OH baby honey why you crying" I cried harder. "I don't want him to marry that girl. I said still crying. "Well honey you need to go talk to him" She was right but I don't want too. "I kn-o-w" I said. "Well honey I'm fin to get something to eat" she said making me laugh. "You always eating" I said "I love food more than Cole" I laughed. I got up and walked out. I went to Chase bedroom because he always in their when he gets mad. "Can we talk" I asked him sitting on his bed. "Oh now you want to talk to me what happened to don't talk to me" he said with an attitude. "I know I'm sorry but why do you want to marry her" I said it took him some time to answer my question "Because I love her and I want to spend the rest of my life with her" he said. "Well love is just a word and the keyword is "want". Want is something you just want because you just see it. And need is something you really need" I said trying to be smart. "Look at you trying to be smart" April said busting in the room holding a piece of chicken. I laughed so hard. "How many you ate" I said still laughing "3" she said laughing. "You sure you ain't pregnant" I said she stopped laughing and mugged me "See you need to stop trying me before I bust you in your lip. I fight bestfriend too with your pee-wee head ass" she said.

She crazy. "Yall go get dress" chase told us. I don't know where he was taking us but I didn't ask. I and April wear the same so size. I wore white crop-top with black skirt with gold hoops. I wore Jordan's , I put my hair in a ponytail. April wore a nudes shirt with high-waisted shorts, silver hoops earring and her hair down with converse. Me and April walked downstairs and see chase outside by his white range rover. I and April got in the back. Chase pulled off. "Chase where you taking us" I said while he is still focused on the road. "To the mall" see that why I love my brother always doing things for me. I'm bipolar as hell Yall don't judge me. We arrived at the mall we went to every store. We was walking until we seen this crazy thot name Miriah. "Hey who is this, I never seen him before and why is he with you" she said nosey. "This is Chase my brother" I sighed annoyed by her voice. "Well my name is Miriah and single" she said "And he's married" April said. "Well nobody asks you Grinch" she said. April walked close to her. Oh Lord! I got to get April out of here before she kills her. "Okay says to the ugly duckling who trying to grow edges knowing you can't even buy edges even if it did came from the 99 cent store. Knowing you probably let Ronald McDonald did your hair. No booty having man chest" She said me and chase started laughing. We walked away still laughing at what April said.

*10minutes later*

we arrived at home and my mom was sitting on the couch. "Hey mommy where is that hoe" I said probably going to get cussed out. "Michelle you got one more fucking time to cuss in my damn house" she said loudly. "Okay where Shanell at" I said looking around. "In the guest bedroom" I nodded my head. "Hey ma" April said "hey honey". I and April went into my room while my brother go find Shanell. "Hey call up Cole and tell him to come over" I said. April was calling Cole while I went downstairs to talk to ma. "Ma where you at" "in the Kitchen" she said I went to the kitchen. "Ma when you gone tell Chase about him" I said " No, I'm scared to tell him" she said "Oh, he going to find out anyway" I said . " he won't know if you don't tell him" she said drinking the whole glass of wine. "Okay but Cole is coming over is it okay if they sleep over" I said. "Okay but no freaky stuff." "Eww no ma" I said "but what happen to Aiden" she said smiling. "Umm we broke up because he cheated on me with that Kiesha girl at my party" I said "Oh you remember what I told you" she said. I knew this was coming "Yep, not one drop" I said. The doorbell rang and I knew who it was. "Took you long enough" I said "I had taken my time'' he said as hugging me. We walked upstairs and Shanell came out. Cole mugged the heck out of her. "Hi I'm Shanell" she said as smiling. "I'm Cole, I'm April boyfriend" Shanell smiled dropped when she herd April name. "Well how old are you" Shanell asked. Just a thirsty thot. "Too much for you to know and stop asking question like you the police" he said and walked away. "Can you tell Chase that Cole is sleeping over" I said. "Sure" she said smiling.

I walked to my room and see Cole standing on my bed. "Cole get down!" I said Me, April, and Cole went down to the theatre room to watch a movie." "What movie Yall want to watch" I said. "Friday" Cole said "Ride along 2" April said "I want to watch Friday" I said. I love Friday especially Smokey. "I'm sorry bestfriend next time "I promise"" I said "mhm" "I love ya" I said "yeah yeah I love you too" "yeah we promise" Cole said as he kissed her "Eww get a room" I said. We laughed

*45 minutes later*

I turned around because the door opened in walked Shanell. April and Cole is sleep. I pretend that I was sleep until Shanell walked over to Cole. Since I'm sitting next to April I shook her carefully and told her "Pretend you sleep and look at Shanell" she nodded

April sleep light. April told the plan to Cole. Shanell was unbuckling his belt. This thing gone way too far. Cole punched her in the face and we started kicking her. "Girl this boy is 17" I said angry and still kicking her. Her eyes got big. This time she was screaming. My mom came rushing in "What the hell is going on" she yelled. "She came in here finto suck up my boyfriend while he sleep" My brother came rushing in "What happened baby"? "This boy had punched me in my face because I was trying to turn the thing down because it was too loud" she said as crying. "You lying" I yelled. All I seen was red and black in Chase eyes. "Come on baby" he said. "You know what" I said as he stopped in his tracks. "I HATE YOU! I WISH YOU WERE NEVER MY BROTHER, KNOWING YOU DON'T BELIEVE YOUR OWN FAMILY SHOWS ME YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT US AND IT SHOWS ME I HATE YOU. ALL I KNOW I DON'T WANT TOO SEE YOU OR THAT THOT! I said as I walked to my room and slammed the door.

Chase POV

I can't believe my own sister told me that. "Ma" I said. She holds up her hand. "NO I don't want to hear it. You took this bitch side instead of your sister and then on top of it you didn't believe her. She had your back through thick and thin. She trusted you until you failed. But just know you are my son but you got to get this hoe up out of here" she said "if she leave I leave" I said "okay don't care where you go but you got to get the hell up outta here" I can't believe my own momma said that. She walked out the room with April and Cole. I asked "what did you do" "nothing" I knew she was lying but I love her.
