Chapter 16: Ashyleeah

Demonte Pov

You don't know I feel right now. When I figured out that Nate did that shit, made my blood boil. I arrived at the hospital to visit Michelle.

But when i heard that Michelle was in the hospital, I stopped what I was doing and headed to the hospital. I walked up to the counter and some ghetto chick was on the phone.

 "Gul, I know I saw Tracey, baby daddy, was out with my cousin , sister, baby daddy, brother, daddy, sister yesterday." she said as I looked at her funny.

 "Gul hold on wait I see this fine ass nigga coming towards me." she said as she taking the phone from her ear.

"Umm yes big daddy" she said as she licke her lips. I don't really have time for this.

"Um i'm not your big daddy, and put that tongue back into your crust ass mouth, because nobody don't want to see them non-white teeth and smell that stankin ass breath, need some damn febreze, because no mouth wash will be able to fix that damn breath, so now what room is Michelle Pate is in" I said seeing her with her mouth open.

"Man, didn't I tell you to close your mouth because I told you, you need some fabreeze. Because I know it's gonna be a lot of flies in your mouth, the way your mouth is smelling." I said hoping she would hurry up. "204" she said.

 "Damnnn girl he roasted yo ass" the girl on the phone said and I started to chuckled. I walked to Michelle room.

Once I found Michelle room and I walked in to see Michelle face pale. It made me sad from what I did to hit her.

 "Hey Michelle, I know you don't want to hear me, but i'm sorry, I'm sorry for the things I did to you. I'm sorry for saying them words to you, I'm sorry for everything, but I am also thankful. I'm thankful for you making me whole, I'm thankful for you showing Natalia loving she needs, I'm thankful for you still sticking with me after the things I said and the thing I did. I want you be able to forgive me for everything and anything I did to hurt you. Michelle you make me whole, you don't make me solid, you make me whole. I liked you since the beginning. Wake up baby girl, we need you" I said looking at her body.

Kastan Sims Pov

Hey, I'm Kastan Sims. I'm married to K.Michelle. After seeing Michelle laying there in the hospital bed my heart dropped.

Even known that Michelle is not my biological daughter, I still love her like my daughter. I walked in the living room, seeing my wife on the couch with dried up tears on her face, I knew she was hurting. "Hey baby, you alright" I asked her.

She been silent ever since Michelle was in the hospital. She been listening to her music and especially Mother's Prayer, she been crying, drinking, and even stopped working on Puffs n Pedals. "Yeah" she said dryly. "Baby, it's gonna be okay" I said as she was crying again.

"She's gonna be strong" I said as I kissed the top of her forehead.

*1 month Later*

(Michelle is still in a coma)

Michelle Pov

"Hey mommy" some little girl who was dressed in a long white dress and who look about 4 years old.

"Umm who are you and where am I?" I said looking around and nothing but clouds and sunlight. "I'm your daughter Ashyleeah (A-SHY-LAH) and you're in Heaven" she said smiling.

 "Mommy I was in there" she said pointing at my stomach that was pointing but now flat. I knew the fact that I had lost her for sure. And it was all Nate fault.

"Momm, you need leave him, be with someone who makes you happy. I know you want to be Demonte. I want to see you happy, and not sad. I love you mommy and I will always be here for you" she said as i was crying. I kissed her on her cheeks.

 "I love you too and what's your full name" i said

"Ashyleeah Maylina Lakerria Pate and tell tt April Cole said Hi" she said pointing and I turned around seeing Cole standing their smiling.I ran to him and gave him a big hug.

"Cole I missed you" I said tears coming down my face. "I miss you too Chelle" he said smiling. "Chelle tell April I missed her, also tell her thank you for giving my son love and giving my first child and also for letting me go" he said smiling.

"And also tell your son of a- wait hold on i'm in heaven but tell your brother treat her right and if not I will be hunting his a- butt" he said holding in his cusswords. I busted out laughing

 "Mommy i will be fine I will be with Uncle Cole" she said laughing."yeah, she'll be with me. I got her and I will tell old buddy that's gon be hell in a few weeks hey" he said smiling.

 I knew who he was talking about. "Tell my boy Demonte to keep you safe and I know he wants you" he said.

 "Now, wake up mommy" my daughter said. "You will always be with me baby" I said i kissed her again.

"I will always love you Cole and please do good with my child" I said smiling and hugging me.

"yeah Chelle wake up, and I will always keep her safe, Love you Chelle kiss Cole for me so he can remember me. Lord forgive what i'm about to say but Wake Yo Ass up Chelle" he said as i laughed.

"Also tell him that Diamond the one who shot the bullet" he said. I nodded my head. All I seen was blackness, I couldn't open my eyes but I can hear.

"If she doesn't wake up by tomorrow, then we will have to pull the plug" the doctor says.

 "No, don't do this, that's my babygirl" I heard my mom say."I'm sorry ma'am, but we have to do this" he said.

I noticed he walked out the room, because I heard the door slam. When I was in a coma I heard everyone talking to me specially Demonte.

I struggle to open my eyes and about 2 minutes later I opened my eyes. The light in my eyes making me moaning and moving.

Everyone rushed up to me. I'm like damn back the fuck up. "Michelle are you okay" my mom asked feeling on my face and everything. She so damn dramatic.

I nodded my head because my throat feel so dry. "Let me press for the nurse" my Aunt Shalah said who is pressing for a red button.

Within 5 minutes the nurse came in here looking at Demonte and Chase in thirst. I just shook my head.

 "Well we see that she is up,let me go get the doctor" she said not paying attention.

"Bitch, if you don't stop looking at them , them so called eyes gon be looking at your throat once I put them in you throat" my mom said.

The girl must've been embarrassed because she left. Can I talk to Chase, Demonte and April alone" I said to my family. As everyone left i began talking to April, Chase, and Demonte.

"April I spoke to Cole he said thank you, thank you for letting him go and giving love to hid son and also his first born. He says he loves you. The person who killed him is a girl name Diamond" she said crying by now.

"He's taking care of Ashyleeah my daughter" I said smiling.

 "Chase, Cole said take care of his girl, and if anything happen to her he gone hunt yo ass in spirit" I said laughing.

"Demonte, Cole said watch out for me and take care of me" I said crying.

 A few minutes later everyone came back in and waited for the doctor. The next thing I knew someone busted in my room. And I notice it was my dad. "Oh HELL NO!" I heard my mother say.
