You sighed as the heavy atmosphere became too much for you and as the long days dragged on, you found yourself recently just blankly staring at the door. Recently Kid hasn't been visiting you and only came into the room to give you food, water, and anything clean if needed; you two haven't made eye-contact nor talked since the kiss moment which only made things only more awkward for you. After about a week(?) and when Kid came to give you breakfast, you grabbed his wrist before he could walk out of the room and he finally looked over at you with a questioning look "What is it (y/n)? I thought that I was treating you better now, was I wrong?," you shook your head so he wouldn't get the wrong idea, "No it's nothing like that...I just wanted to know if I did something wrong..."

He looked at you, shock coming over his face "Wha-...? No it's just that I thought you hated me considering the way you were acting like last time, how else do you expect me to act like in front of you (y/n)? It's not like I want to take back that kiss considering that I honestly and truly love you so I just figured that the prince would like some time by himself I'm sorry if I got the wrong vibe from you." You thought carefully on what to say next considering whatever relationship that was going on between you two was hanging on the edge and what you say could destroy it and make Kid go mentally insane again along with getting more people hurt or killed, "N-no I'm sure that you had good intentions but I just fallacious them. I'm sorry to say this but I still don't think that I love you but I truly don't know considering that I've never been in love before, so please don't take my words wrong but for now I can't return your feelings."

Kid just sat there silently for a spell while he was carefully gazing at you and studying your actions before he finally spoke up "If you never been in love, then I suppose that I will have to teach you how to be in love and love someone else in a relationship. I'm sure that if I teach you that you'll finally be able to see your feelings for me," you got surprised by Kid's response not expecting him to take it so well. "Uh, yeah sure as long as we're going to be okay and this awkwardness will stop. I suppose there will be no harm in trying out you teaching me," he smiles and gently takes his wrist out of your grasp as he smiles then leans in closer before softly kissing your forehead, "I'm sure this is going to work, just you wait (y/n) I'll have you fall for me in no time." He looks at you for a couple moments longer before he gets up and walks to the door "Your 'class' will start tomorrow and I would recommend getting some sleep," he waves at you before he walks out and this time he leaves the door unlocked and opened.
