you remember the old days?

i met you in a cute little coffee shop, because i had got a part time job there. we used to joke about things we liked, and drank hot chocolate under the stars. you used to film me when i tried to brew coffee, taste testing. we'd steal the chocolate & glaze donuts and run to the abandoned park and take turns using the slide, remember when i broke my leg?

remember when our first kiss was so bad, you insisted to try it again, until i was out of breath. remember sneaking in my room to study science and make out under the blankets, remember running from my dad when he caught us? do you, alex, do you remember the promise? this is about our story and phil's and mine, how it went wrong. how im telling it to you & all; it seems like the perfect aesthetic love story.

and it's funny, when i said i wanted to write a cute book about us, you told me to create the idea of you being the hero. you'd like me to portray you as the angelic sweet-ass dick who taught me love, loss and the feeling of being used, and crushed into the dirt.
