I headed up to my room to put away my things. I guess Cam heard me struggling and dragging my luggage up the stairs, so he came to help me carry them to my room.

"Thanks," I said as we finally reached the top of the stairs.

"No problem," Cam said flashing a smile. He went back downstairs to leave me alone.

My room was the first door to the right in the hall of rooms. The room across from me is the bathroom which me, Sierra, and Cameron all share. On the other side of that bathroom is Cam's room. The room side by side to mine is Sierra's, and the next two rooms down is my mom's and Gina's. The doorknob to my room was partially shiny gold and partially rusted just like it's always been. I twisted it, and felt the smooth familiar touch and swung open my door. The smell reminded me of all the memories in this room. It still smelled like the funnel cake me and Cameron shared when we were eight. Then my room also smelled like fresh linen and the ocean. Just the way I like it. The walls in my room never changed. They were beige with small, pink flowers. Something about it made me feel like I was too old for that, but I didn't mind because it made me think of the good times I had when I was little. I hauled my bags into my room and started to unpack. My swimsuits and shorts in one drawer, my shirts in another and my dresses in the white painted closet on the right side of my bed. It only took about fifteen minutes for me to do that, so I walked downstairs to talk to Sierra and Cameron again, only they weren't there. I've only been gone for 20 minutes, and they already left me?

"Hey Gina, where's Sierra and Cam?" I ask Gina who's cutting up carrots.

"Oh, they went to go to the beach. They said they wanted you to finish packing first, and then to follow them to the beach," Gina said still not looking up from her carrots. I nodded my head and went back upstairs to change into my swimsuit. I opened up my drawer that I opened not too long ago and took out my black fringed bikini and my black bottoms with daisies on it. I slipped on a big white T-shirt and grabbed my sunglasses. The beach was really convenient as it was right in front of the house. A perfect view of the ocean from my bedroom. I walked outside where the sun was still shining bright. I stopped where the sand met the road and looked for Sierra and Cameron. The beach was almost empty which is one of the reasons why I like Sunset Beach. It wasn't too crowded, so the beach kind of seemed like it was just for us. There, I saw the familiar yellow bikini that Sierra loves to wear.

"Sierra!" I called out. Sierra turned around and waved her hand. I took off my flip flops and ran to the spot where they were sitting. Cameron was shirtless, obviously, sitting on a beach towel. Another boy ran up to Sierra and twirled her around. I'm guessing that was Tyler. I heard her squeal in surprise. I finally reached the spot where Cameron was and panted.

"You tired there? Why don't you sit?" Cam said pulling on my fingers. Every time he touched any part of me even if it was only a light touch, electricity shot down through my whole body. I noticed that he's been awfully friendly ever since I got here. I don't think I changed that much from last year. Maybe it was my fashion sense or my hair? I don't know what it was, but it's working. I sat down on the blue and white striped beach towel and couldn't help myself but to stare at Cameron. My daydreaming was interrupted when Sierra skipped over to me holding Tyler's hand.

"Kelsie, this is Tyler. Tyler this is Kelsie," Sierra said introducing me to Tyler. He was pretty attractive. He had dirty blonde hair similar to Cameron's and bright blue eyes. I noticed that he had a six pack too. That was always a plus.

"Hi Kelsie," Tyler said reaching out his hand.

"Hi Tyler," I said giggling shaking his hand. He smiled at me, but pulled Sierra close to her. Sierra ran towards the ocean and pulled Tyler along with her leaving me and Cameron alone.
