"Check in the black bag" Jane said walking in and crossing her arms. I grabbed the bag and opened it. It was filled with blood bags.
What if I hurt Ethan,Grayson, or Jasmine. I would never forgive myself.
"You won't hurt them that's why mom is here to teach you how to control your thirst. Believe me I learned it the hard way" Jane said.
"I'm sorry" I said.
"For what?" Jane asked.
"How did you learn the hard way?" I asked.
"Well lets say the person who people helped me, tortured me. Until when I saw blood my eyes wouldn't turn black and veins pop out" Jane said.
"Wow" I said. I heard a knock on the door.
"Crap the bodies" Jane whispered she looked through the peep hole and sighed in relief. "it's just mom" She opens the door and lets them in.
"Jackie" Mom comes and hugs my tightly. "How are you feeling?"
"Mom I'm fine- ahhh!"I yelled when the sun touched my feet. It burned. I ran to the corner where it's dark.
"Shit sorry" Jane said shutting the door.
"Where's Dad?" I asked.
"He's with the twins and Jasmine" Mom gave me a hopefully smile.
"Hello her boyfriend might be freaking out. Do what you have to do to control her" Jane said.
"Oh yea I'm sorry" Mom said. "Blood. I need blood" She said. Jane tossed her a blood bag. "Hold out your hand" Mom said opening the blood bag a little. She left a drop of blood fall into my hand. I felt the veins under my eyes.
"I can't" I growled.
"Yes you can. Don't let a drop of blood consume you. Close your eyes and take a deep breath and relax" Mom said. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath and let it out. Releasing all the stress.
"Good" Mom whispered wiping the blood off of my hand. "Now do it again" She said cutting herself alittle bit on her neck.
"Mom" I struggled to say.
"Rose that's not a good idea" Jane said.
"Jackie you can do this. Use your humanity to help you. Your love for me will help. You don't want to hurt me" Mom said. I closed my eyes tightly and took a deep breath. It was calming. I opened my eyes.
"Your ready" Mom smiled.
"What that's it?!" Jane asked.
"Yes why?" Mom asked.
"It's hard to train a vampire" Jane said.
"And who told you that?" Mom asked.
"Someone" Jane answered.
"It is hard to train a vampire if your humanity switch is off. You can turn it off and on. Oh here before I forget your daylight ring" Mom said giving me the ring. It looked beautiful.

"I had to go through hell to control my thirst" Jane growled.
"Jane I'm warning you now if you do anything rational I'll grab that stake and stab it in your heart myself" I growled back putting on the ring.
"Fine" Jane said. "Can we go it's starting to smell bad here" She plugged her nose.
"Well that's your fault you killed them. Wait is that Kevin and Issac" Mom asked.
Crap.
"Actually it wasn't me this time it was your lovely daughter" Jane said.
"Jackie?!" Mom yelled.
"They were vampires and compelled me and Jasmine to stay put so they can eat before we came here" I explained.
"I knew something was fishy about those two" Mom said. Jane pulled off their daylight rings.
"Come on let's get them outside they'll burn" Jane said. Me and Jane carried them outside in alley and let them there to burn. We walked back into the apartment.
"I'll take the blood bags" Mom said. Jane tossed me the clothes that were dirty but now clean. I changed into them and walked out of the apartment.
"Jackie you do realize that you have to tell them sooner or later" Jane said as we walked.
"Yea I know" I said.
"If they truly love you. It won't matter to them. Remember the people that you love are what is holding your humanity" Mom said.
"So if someone turns into a vampire and they have no loved ones. They become rippers?" Jane asked.
"I'll tell you that story later" Mom said
"Ugh can we speed walk this?" Jane said.
"Sure" Mom tossed her the bag and climbed on my back.
"Hold on" I said in a few seconds we were in front of the warehouse. I could them talking.
"Please tell me you know where Jackie's at" Ethan said.
"Yes she's fine believe me" Dad said.
Jane and Mom walked in but I couldn't get in. It was like there was an invisible wall.
"Can Jackie come in?" My mom asked.
"Yea come in" Ethan and Grayson said together. I took a step and walked inside. Jasmine hugged me and I hugged her back.
"I'm glad your okay" She said.
"I'm okay" I said and I took a deep breath. I looked at mom and she nodded. Jane rolled her eyes. Ethan comes and hugs me god how I missed him.
"I missed you" Ethan said.
"Ive missed you too" I said and then Grayson gives me a hug.
"I'm glad your alright now" He said.
"Thank you" I smile.
"Let's go grab a bite" Jane said and I looked at her and she smirks.
'Knock it off' I thought.
'Come one Grayson looks pretty tasty and so does Ethan. You have him wrapped around your fingers. Feed on him and compel him' Jane thought.
'No!' I thought.
