I go put on some light make up and walk down stairs. The only person downstairs is Dillan in the kitchen making breakfast. "Want some?" "No I'm ok. " "Sapphire please eat some breakfast I mean it is the most important meal of the day" "Fine" "Thank you" Dillan gives me a cheesy smile and slides a plate in front of me that has scrambled eggs and pancakes. And then boom the tears start to fall. I run away from the car and to the football field I get to the middle and scream I then fall to my knees. Soon after Jake,Sam,Andy and even Dillan are sitting by me. The only two people I've told about my parents are Dillan and Jake. Not even Sam yet. "I'm sorry Fire I should of done more I'm so sorry" Dillan says. "That's ok I just need to be honest with everyone for now."

I realize I'm still crying and I run to the only place that I know. As I climb the latter I notice how much the tree house has changed. The first time I stepped in this place was when Dillan and I were 3 and that's when we became friends. We would spend every chance we got up here. When my parents would fight and his would be at work we would always just come up here. The last time I was up here was when I Knew I had a crush on Dillan. I look up to see the carvings me and him made in the wood that says "DIllan and fire friends forever" wow. I look down at the ground and my crying stops I hear a creek from the door way to see Dillan with a box of double stuff Oreos his laptop and some vanilla ice cream. Wow I love Dillan.
