The day after Micheals "funeral," as we called it, was filled with planning for warped. We decided to go to the San Diego, California date. To make it in time, we started traveling to the location right after we picked up the chairs the same night of Michaels funeral.

I never thought they'd just pick up everything and we'd be on our way. It wasn't that easy to persuade them to go get tattoos the night in Wisconsin.

Maybe they were just as excited to go see the live band's as me.

Of course we debated to buy the actual tickets or just sneak in. I would bring up that the LiveNation guards would be swarming all entrances and gates, but they insisted that we at least try, if all failed, we'd just buy the tickets. I couldn't shake off the feeling that something was going to go wrong I was probably just overthinking again.

So the plan was to get there in the night. We would leave our van in a 24/7 open diner, and walk over to the venue and somehow make it into the venue to hide and sleep underneath the stage until people started filling in. I wasn't too sure about sleeping underneath a stage though. It seemed kind of dangerous, but we are already too far into this life to worry about risks.

"We better get some dinner though" Beth said rubbing her tummy probably thinking about this mornings wasted breakfast due to Michael setting a fire cracker off in the food place, having us sprint out of there before cops came.

I laughed remembering the event and replied saying "of course" and stared into the road.

After a long day of driving, we finally got near the venue and began scouting for open all day diners. With luck we were able to discover one in walking distance from the venue.

It was hard to convince everyone that we should only bring only what we needed when the majority of them felt the need to take half of the weed and the whole bottle of Fireball.

Getting kind of irritated, I gave up knowing i'd probably need about two blunts in the morning.

Shelby led the crew into the diner. We agreed to only buying a sub for each of us, both to be able to get out quick and be full for the rest of the night and few hours of warped, since all the food at warped is overpriced.

Getting near the venue, we came up with a plan. JJ would knock over an unsurveillanced gate with Ruby as a distraction at the north side. Meanwhile, Bianca and I were to set off a few firecrackers to draw attention from the guards at the center. This would leave us with a ten minute opening to climb the south gate into the venue.

Bianca and I made our way to the opening to open the gate. Leaving KJ, Michael, and Shelby to wait on our signal.

"Do you think we'll be able to see Never Shout Never?" Bianca said smiling.

I didn't want to be mean but we haven't even gotten into the venue and she was already thinking of seeing the bands, "let's just get this done first" I answered holding her hand to guide her behind a post so no one would see us.

Luckily, Ruby and Micheal signaled that the gate was down. I could see them start to run back to the group. I heard the guards radios go off telling them to head to fix the gate. I took it as our time and took out the lighter. Lighting the wick to the firecrackers, I counted down with my fingers from three to let Bianca know when we were to throw our firecrackers and to start running.

As soon as we started running, I felt everything go in slow motion even though we were sprinting across the field to get to the gate. It was the adrenalin pumping through me.

Getting past the gates with the help of Shelby and KJ, I couldn't help but laugh, we were actually going to do this. In about eight hours, It'll all be worth it.
