Khamari, a 2 year old toddler has just been put into foster care because his parents has intellectual disabilities. The odds are stacked up against him because people expect him to be just like his parents. But when super star Demi Lovato meet him...
Ugh.... Mommy woke me up early this morning so I gave her my mean face and she tells me that she is sorry but we have things to do. Mommy gets me ready for the day and passes me off to Marissa. Marissa applies coconut grease to my afro and brushes it. She takes me down to the cafe and buys me breakfast. After we eat, Marissa buys something for my mommy and we go back to the room. After we get back to the room, my mommy is almost finished getting ready and once she is, she puts me in my carseat and carries me outside to the waiting vehicle to go to the auditions. When we arrive, we are greeted by fans and security escorts us inside. Once inside, mommy speaks to the other judges and let's me out of the carseat.
Demi's point of view
Khamari was not happy with me when I woke him up, but his mean face was too cute for me not to take a selfie with him and post it to Twitter with the caption: Good morning from Khamari and I, but someone's not happy. I got him ready for the day and passed him off to Marissa for her to do his hair and get him and I some breakfast.

Khamari's outfit
By the time I was finished getting ready, Khamari and Marissa was back and we headed to the auditions. Once we arrived to the auditions site I am greeted by fans and is escorted inside by security. I speak to my fellow judges and take Khamari out of his carseat. After I introduce him to the other judges, Simon ask Brittney and I how we are feeling. Brittney tells him that she is a little nervous and I tell him that I am really nervous. You would think that he would be supportive, but his response was, "The worse thing that can happen is that you forget your words, make a complete fool of yourself, and your career is over." I really can't believe he said that. My only response was, "Yeah. Thanks. I feel better now." The producers tells us that it is show time. While we are walking to our seats, Brittney and I figure out seating order and we conclude that we are sitting in the middle of Simon and L.A. Once we take our seats and Khamari is sitting comfortably on my lap,the first contestant, Paige Thomas comes out. She mentions that she has a daughter and we all look to the side of the stage to see the little girl. I look at Khamari and I notice that he is turning red. It's cute that he thinks the little girl is cute. Once Paige is done singing, we advance her to the next round. Soon another contestant comes out. Simon starts asking the contestant, Shawn Armenta questions. This guy sounds like a weirdo and his song choice makes him sound like a pedophile, but he sounds horrible. When it came time to critique him, he didn't take it well. While L.A was talking to him, Shawn got upset and said that he is just following his dreams. I spoke up in response to that and said, "A lot of people have dreams, but they are not meant for everyone." Shawn tried to come at me with, "That's why you use auto-tune and I don't. I got really upset that he would diss me like that especially in front my child. I wanted to say something back to him but I had to remain professional about it. After he walked off stage, another constant came out. A couple hours into the auditions, Khamari was on my lap sleep and by lunch time, he is wide awake. After lunch, we go through a few more hours of auditions and when it's over for the day, we go back to the hotel. I FaceTime my parents and sisters so they can see the baby before we eat dinner and go down for the night. Today was fun and crazy so I can't wait to see that tomorrow's auditions bring.
