Camila Aurora Ramon died the day Barry Allen created/left The Flashpoint Paradox.
Barry Allen had manipulated the timeline so much, that when he returned to the "normal" Timeline, Camila Ramon was no where to be found.
Barry Allen soon found out that the disruption of the original timelines caused Camila Ramon's existence to never surface.
If Barry Allen hadn't manipulated the original timeline, He & Ms.Ramon would've gotten Married, had two twins, and lived together forever.
This was told to him by Savitar (A.k.a Flashpoint Barry Allen) and the Disfigured Camila Ramon from the Flashpoint Paradox.
Flashpoint Camila Ramon goes on to torment Barry Allen. Going to the point of threatening to help Savitar kill Iris West, but switches sides when her true love over powers her anger.
Camila Ramon would later fade away into The Space-Time Continuum, peacefully, in the presence of the love of her life, Barry Allen.
