1. Airshou

Airshou is an app that allows the users to record their screen. It's available on both Android and IOS. However, it is not in the App Store so you have to go to iEmulators and download it from there. Or search "Airshou APK" in Google for Android.

2. Cute Cut PRO
cost money in the App Store

Although I haven't fully experienced with this app, it has advanced tools that you could use to edit your videos and create something awesome. There are plenty of tutorials on YouTube and you can even explore the app on your own. In my opinion, it's a great app. I just don't like using it because I like simple stuff lol

Btw, I didn't pay for this app. I wanted to test it out before I bought it to see if I liked it... so I searched Safari and found a great website for IOS. I forgot the name but I could always check my history.

3. iMovie
Cost money in the App Store

I honestly love using iMovie even if it's the most basic video editing app ever. I usually use it for my finishing project because I personally prefer how some of the features work.

So, since I have a new iPhone and not an "old" one, iMovie was no longer free in the App Store. My brother used his computer to download vShare on my phone and I was able to get it from there.

4. InShot

InShot is a great app for Instagram or for any social media app. I mostly use the app for my Instagram pictures bc I have a theme going on and it kinda bothers me when the picture doesn't have a solid background. Some things have to be specific with me and I have to fully agree... idk why to be honest

The first picture was taken from the front of my house. The second photo was taken when I went to the beach several weeks ago with some of my friends and my therapist (yeah, I have a therapist) and some girls from a program I'm currently in.

5. Phonto

Phonto, in my opinion, is the best font app in any App Store, hands down. You can add text to your pictures and there are other options too. You can even download fonts from websites (Example: Dafont.com) and use them in Phonto.

6. PicsArt

PicsArt was my first editing app that I used and really liked. I honestly never liked Pixlr or any of the other extra apps (no offense to anyone that use those apps). It has so many options. I usually use PicsArt to manipulate my pictures or to just play around with the buttons and see what I come up with. It's a great alternative for Superimpose.

7. PocketVideo

PocketVideo is an amazing video editing app. It's honestly one of the main apps I use when I edit my vids then I share the video to iMovie to finish. It has a lot of amazing options.

8. Polarr

Polarr is basically a filter app, like the app called Vsco (or something like that) expect it has WAY more options. Once I'm done making a book cover, I sometimes edit the filter on this app or PicsArt.

9. KineMaster
Now available on IOS! Thanks to @TheWolfHatter for reminding me :)

KineMaster is probably one of the best video editing app out there, especially for Android users (PowerDirector too). It has sooo many options and great features. You could easily take the watermark off with the help of YouTube without paying over $35 a year or whatever the price is.

10. Superimpose
Cost money in both App stores

Warning: the outcome quality on Android is honestly a huge turnoff. It makes the picture grainy and very low in quality every time you merge a pic. I'm not sure if they updated this problem though.

Anyways, Superimpose is an amazing app for manipulations and adding your characters and other textures and stuff to your book covers (PicsArt is an awesome alternative too, but you'll need the app Background Eraser to make your picture a PNG). Other than that, I really recommend getting this app, it's a lifesaver.
