Long journey ahead

Stephanie's POV

Taylor and I were dancing when some random chick came bolting in the room. Taylor pulled apart and he looked shocked. the random chick was tan about 5'3" and had long blonde hair. she was fit, I kinda wanna think she is a cheerleader but I'm not sure. "bitch, back off my man. just because your in San Diego with him doesn't mean he's yours. he's mine, not yours. I'm his girlfriend." she said as she came up to me. my heart sank, was this whole trip a waste? I silently grabbed my phone and ran out of the room. I ran to the lobby and looked around for someone. I could see outside that some people were already leaving. I ran upstairs and knocked on Matt's room. when no one answered I just slid down the wall an began to cry. after everything that has happened.

Matt's POV

I was coming back from Starbucks when I saw Stephanie sitting against the wall.I heard her sniffling which got me worrying, "Stef?" I said as she looked up, I noticed she was crying. "What happened?" I asked as I helped her up. I opened the door and followed her to my bes. she sat there crying for a good 10 mins. "Taylor has a girlfriend," she finally spoke up. I didn't see the problem with him having a girlfriend so I was confused "Matt,he kissed me multiple times" she finished. wow, I never thought Taylor would do that to someone. we kept talking and I kept comforting her. it was close to midnight and she had to leave at 6. "here you can sleep in my room, I'll give you some sweats and a T-shirt" I said as I got up to get her clothes. I gave them to her and then she went to change.

we ended up sharing the same bed. she came back to bed and cuddled up to my chest,I wrapped my arm around her and shut my eyes. "Matt?" I groaned "thank you for being there for me all the time" she said. I missed her forehead "anything for you stef, now go to sleep." and with that we both fell asleep.

Stephanie's POV

It was 3 when I woke up. Matt decided to wake up with me. I needed to go back to my room so I could get my luggage and clothes for the trip. I told Matt that I would be right back. I walked down to my room and opened the door. I saw Nash on one bed half awake and Taylor on the other completely asleep. I heard the shower going which meant Becca was in the bathroom. I grabbed all my stuff then went to the door. "stef?" I turned back to see Taylor slowly waking up. I opened the door then slammed it and went back to Matt's room.

I decided to keep Matt's shirt on since he said I could have it. I changed out of his sweats and put on some denim shorts and paired it with a white beanie. I didn't put any make up on because I didn't want to mess it up when or if I did happen to cry. it was 4:00 which meant it was time to leave. Matt and I both grabbed our stuff and then we headed for the lobby. once we got down there I saw everyone including Taylor. I did my best to ignore him.

when we got threw security at the airport we then exchanged our goodbyes and see you soon. I gave Matt the last hug and didn't give one to Taylor. I grabbed my bags and headed for my seat on the plane. I sat down next to the window seat,when I felt someone sit next to me. "bro, what the hell is going on? you didn't come back last night and you've been ignoring everyone even my calls" Becca said as I looked at her. fuck I haven't checked my phone since yesterday morning. "Taylor has a girlfriend and it isn't me" I said. she looked shocked, I turned on my music, put my headphones in and then I looked out the window.

my phone turned on and seemed like it was having a spaz attack. message after message came threw. I had a bunch of texts and missed calls from Taylor, a few texts from Becca and Nash and some from Cameron and Matt. I also had a bunch of twitter notifications because Taylor tagged me in a tweet. "@TaylorCaniff: I'm such an idiot @steffii_love101 will never talk to me again" that made the fans want to know what was going on. I ignored them and went to see what Cameron had texted me.

clearly he saw me so I'm pretty sure he doesn't need to know if I'm okay and where I am. I mean I did give him a hug before I got on the plane. I decided to check my messages from Matt which just asked if we wanted to hangout and asked where I was. I then put my playlist on shuffle and closed my eyes. it was going to be a long long ride.

Taylors POV

we were at the airport saying our goodbyes and Stephanie completely ignored me. I was kinda hurt because of that, she didn't let me explain that Katie is my jealous ex girlfriend. I was also getting mad that she keeps getting closer and closer to Matt.

after my plane ride my mom came and picked me up and then took me out for dinner. I explained everything that had happened with Stephanie to her,"hunny, I'm your mother, and I really like when your home but I think we both know the best decision you have is to go after her, I can tell you really like her, but its your decision " my mom said. she was right I had to do what I had to do to get her back.

When I got home from dinner I checked how long it would take to drive to Windsor, I knew it would be a far drive but she was worth it. so what if she had school. I was going to find her. it said it would take about 6 hours to get there. I looked at the time and it was only 6:47, if I left by seven I could be in Windsor by 1 and sleep for a bit then get her back. I quickly packed my bag and told my mom my plan. she was so happy, I kissed her cheek and then got in my range rover.

the drive was really boring so I decided to call Nash to see what he was up to "hello" "hey bro what's up?" "Taylor its almost midnight why the hell are you calling me?" he sounded really tired "well I'm about 30 minutes from your house, I have a plan to get stef back so if you wanna come see your beloved girlfriend pack and get your ass up!" "I'm packing! but Cameron, Matt and Brent are at my house can they come?" "yeah tell them to hurry up and pack we gotta be in Windsor by two so we can have a few hours of sleep!" I said then hung up.

when I got to Nash's house I saw his mom and then all four of them run out. they threw their stuff in the trunk and then we left. Cameron had apparently called shot gun so he sat up front with me.

we got to Windsor at 1:50 and went to stay at holiday inn, we got a too that had joined rooms. we all made ourselves comfy and actually fell asleep real quickly which was very surprising. not going to lie, I was kinda pissed Matt was here because he would try and steal Stephanie from me. "hey Taylor you up?" Matt said "yeah what's up?" I replied "listen, I know you think I'm flirting with stef but I'm not, I may like her but she's yours, she's my best friend and I wouldn't change that for anything" I believed him, I mean Matt would never do anything mean to anyone. "just don't hurt her again when you get her back" Matt finished. I wasn't going to hurt her. I could never do that. I just needed to explain that katie wasn't my girlfriend and that I have strong feelings for stef.
