I took a step closer to Taylor "I asked you a simple question and you didn't answer me, clearly you don't want this to work" I snapped. I tried to study his facial expressions but found none, his face was blank. Since Taylor wasn't saying anything I decided to go inside and unpack my bags. Once I got to my room I looked out the window to see Taylor's car pulling out of the driveway. Well looks like I got my answer.

After I finished unpacking I decided to call Becca. Within the first three rings she picked up. "Hello?" I could notice there were other voices in the background. "Becc what's going on?" "Umm the guys came over to talk that's all" she said while I heard her slide her door shut. I could tell she was going outside to talk privately. "Stef what's going on between you and Taylor?" She asked. I let out a sigh before I began to explain everything, starting with I asked what would happen once he went back to magcon and him not answering me. once I finished explaining there was silence on the phone for a few minutes "come over right now" Becca said. "Parents are sleeping I have no ride" I lied. I just don't want to go over and get bombarded with questions. "I'll pick you up in ten, be ready" Becca said then hung up without letting me say anything. Looks like I'm going to her house either way.

I decided to change into my black shorts and a white tank top. All I had to do with my makeup was touch it up a bit. Soon enough ten minutes passed and I saw her grey truck pull in the driveway. I said bye to my parents then went outside. I slowly walked to her truck with my head down. I opened the passenger door then hopped in. it wasn't until after I buckled in that it wasn't Becca in the truck it was Taylor. He gave me an awkward smile then parted his lips to talk, "why are you here? where is Becca?" I managed to say before he spoke. "She told me to come and get you so we could talk" he began to say as he put the truck in reverse. "Taylor there's nothing to talk about! I asked you what would happen between us and you didn't answer! You didn't talk then and your not going to talk now!" I snapped at him. I kinda felt bad but I needed to tell him.

Once again there was silence until we arrived at the turtle club docks "what are we doing here?" I questioned as he turned the ignition off. "Were here to talk" he spoke quietly. I shook my head and then bursted out the door and ran to the edge of the docks. In a way I want him to follow me and fight for me but at the same time I didn't want him to come near me.

I didn't know what to do so I decided to just close my eyes and think while standing at the edge of the dock. I began to think back to when Taylor and I met, our first date, our first fight. What made this so different that we couldn't solve it together? Seconds later after thinking about everything that has happened in the past month I began to breakdown in complete sobs. My knees collapsed and I fell down on the dock, face in my hands. How could one person make me so happy but can break me easily.

I'm assuming Taylor saw me collapse because as soon as I hit the dock I heard a car door open. "Are you okay?" she asked as he sprinted towards me. Once he stopped in front of me he knelt down to get eye level with me. I looked up at him with tears streaming down my face "no I'm not okay" I managed to say. He looked at me and I could tell in his eyes that he was also hurt. Without saying anything he picked me up and held me in his arms whilst I cried.

Something had happened in that short moment whilst I was in his arms. I had forgotten everything around me and only remembered everything that came out positive in Taylor. I lifted my head off his chest and looked at him, "Taylor," he looked down at me, "I'm ready to talk now." With that he smiled. "Stef when you asked me what would happen to us I knew exactly what would happen, I would still be with you and I would still talk to you and do all the couple stuff with you, the only complications would be the distance. But if your willing to stay with me and make this relationship work then we can, but if you don't then I just want you to know I will always care for you and be there for you." Taylor spoke all at once. There was a silence, how was I supposed to reply, the boy of whom I am dating just explained and said everything I wanted him to say. "Taylor you know I will always want to be with you, I just don't want us to fight, I want us to be completely honest with each other, no secrets" I said in more of a whisper. "no secrets?" He said. I nodded "okay, well since you say that I've been meaning to tell you this for a while now, I'm in love with you, your flaws, your personality, the way you scrunch up your face when you smell pizza, the way you snort when you laugh, I'm in love with everything about you." Taylor professed his true feelings for me.

My jaw had probably hit the floor by now. Did he really just do that?
