I. To start off, go to Text and type in your title/word/phrase. Choose a font* and position your text.

*stay on the automatic font colour, white

II. Select the Shadow tool. (NOTE: the shadow is automatically set to black)

III. Go to Blend tool and select Overlay.

IV. Repeat steps I-III. Then match up the two texts.*

*You can repeat this for as many as you want until you are satisfied. And experiment with it all you want (hint: colour of the shadow)

V. Save the text.
