Me: Dang Ren… you really hated her didn’t you?
Ren: Let’s not talk about that eh Korey?
Jeff: You know that really hurt when you threw me. I flipped like 15 times, I think I lost a finger or two in the process.
Ren: That was the idea.
Me: That is what you get for pissing off a demon Jeffery…
Jeff: Why you little…
Ren: Wanna fly again Jeff?
Jeff: *shakes head quickly*
Ren: Thought so. On to the chapter shall we?
Me: Hey that’s my line…
Chapter 10
I was rid of Jane… finally. I fell to the ground as I lost connection with reality. I awoke in a dark cavern lit with pure black fire. As I gazed at my surroundings I realized that one of the mountains in the cavern wasn’t a mountain at all. It was the devil himself. I was back in Hell.
“What are you doing Diana? You were to kill JEFF! Not JANE! Jane was my second greatest creation, she was nearly perfect! Once she killed Jeff, you would have gotten your revenge and would have been set free! Why would you kill her to PROTECT JEFF?”
“Because… because… I’M DONE BEING YOUR PUPPET! I DON’T WANT TO KILL JEFF! I LOVE HIM!” I stop. “I… I love Jeff the Killer. And I will not kill him. He saved my life before I was this monster. I was alone in the world after I lost him… and now I have him back… I won’t lose him again. And if you wanna kill him, you will have a hard time.”
“Why… is… that… little fly,” he asked? I shut my eyes tightly as tears began to blur my vision.
“Be… bec… Because… I am going to be his immortal item, and you can’t kill what you created, it’s in our contract. You cannot interfere with my vengeance; you cannot hurt me or Jeff. My vengeance is not complete, and you can’t do anything to me or ANY of my friends till it is. And if you try too, it will breach our contract, and when that happens I will become human and you will lose both mine and Jeff’s souls. I have you caught at every turn, little fly.” I open my eyes to see the bright sunlight of daytime. I look down only to see that I am being carried by two arms. I look to my left to see Jeff. His face is cut and bleeding, as if he was attacked by a rabid cat. I reach up without thinking and run my index finger over one of the cuts idly.
“Good morning,” he says quietly without looking at me. I smile, unable to speak and look to see that my finger is now covered in blood. “I’m sorry Love,” he says solemnly as he suddenly falls to his knees. I role out of arms limply and look at him, unable to get up. I tried to move my arms again but they wouldn’t respond. I felt a dark cloud of dread fall on me and hold me down with the weight of 1000 men as I saw his once white hoodie; now completely red, but with his own blood.
“J… Jef… Jeff, p… pl…plea… please J… Jeff… get… up…,” I wheeze, my voice extremely weak and trembling? He suddenly falls face first into the grass without a sound. I could feel my strength returning as I recovered from my fatigue. I now had enough strength to get up off the ground and crawl over to Jeff’s limp body. “Jeff, come on get up, I wheeze. Don’t leave me! Not again!” I feel tears well up in my eyes and my vision begins to blur. “HELP; someone help us! I need help! My boyfriend needs help!” I stop as a thought occurred to me. “SLENDER MAN Jeff needs our help,” I screech into the bright daylight. I could feel the wind around us whip and churn as a shadow suddenly appeared before me. I look up and gasp. A woman stood there. Her bright, fire red hair flipped and flittered in the wind. She seemed normal until I began to notice a small ticking noise. I look at her face only to see that one of her eyes was a small pocket watch. It ticked and tocked and kept the time perfectly.
