"Dear god!" I heard Mum when I entered the house, after an hour sitting on that bench in heavy icy rain, I was drenched. My body was numb and every muscle ached.

"What happened? Where you stuck somewhere?" Mum continued her questions. My head was throbing I  ignored Mum and went straight for my room. Closing the door behind I went for a hot shower and changed into comfy pyjamas, I snuggled deep in my warm bed and closed my eyes. Before I knew I was in deep slumber.

"Do you want anything else?" Mum asked again.

She woke me up, even when I refused to open my eyes she made me sat in my bed and was going crazy with all the shouting, I was burning up, I could feel it. But I payed no heed to it, she forced the thermometer in my mouth and checked my temperature. It was a few degrees high, big deal. But, not for Mum.

To her it was my final hours on earth and if she didn't attend me with every ten minutes time I might not survive this deadly disease 'fever'. The only good thing out of this was, she didn't allowed anyone in my room as I was resting when she came in and out with a span of ten minutes. Not even dad. And I was very thankful for that, because I didn't want to talk or see any other person at the moment.

"No, Mum. Thanks. Could you close the door, I want to sleep" I kindly asked her again.

She made me drink soup and kept staring at me, as tho she could read in between lines. I averted my eyes and slid back in my bed. I heard her deep sigh and she got up, tugging me in covers and patting my head, she left the room closing the door behind.

I woke up in some ungodly hour at night, faint sound of droplets could be heard from the window. It started to rain again. I am not a great fan of rain, that's for sure! Sighing, I got up from my bed and walked around the room, a small portion was still left unattended from my packing, I srunched down and started sorting the stuff away, books and shoes and clothes were piled up. Slowing I began to clean them up.

My eyes caught a letter which I so rudely ignored I sat down and flipped it again and again in my hand back and front, back and front. My hands combed my hair angrily and I pulled my legs hugging them close. This was not planned. Nothing was planned out this way, I was here for a small break. Not on long settlement plan. How did I fell in this mess all over when I just pulled myself out.

A small tear escaped from my eye, I have humiliated myself to my very core. Closing my eyes a flash back begin, I prayed, show me the vision I want to see for truly myself, for my happiness, for the lost me. I saw myself smiling in the library, then again in professor Gambon office. I opened my eyes and saw the discarded letter.

Taking it in hand again, I opened it and saw my internship offer, looking away from the formal letter I stared outside the window. It was dark like my present.

Rising up I got back to my bed holding the letter and I slept again. Hoping to find peace in it.

A soft knock made me startled I was reading a book and was very much into it. I hope it's not Bryan, I just don't have energy for this boy right now. Then came another knock.

"Go away, Brye" I slowly answered, yawing actually.

There was a mute silence and I knew it wasn't him, a moment later the door  creaked open slightly and I heard another voice.

"I hope I didn't disturb your sleep" Harry said.

"No, come in" I replied him still reading.

Harry came inside and closed the door, he awkwardly stood near the door the room was dull and dark just like his home back then I made no effort to brighten up, a small candle was lit near my desk and that only lit the ray of light.
