Woah, I haven't updated this in two weeks, woah! I feel unaccomplished with my life.
Jesus, sorry for the wait guys! I hope it's worth it! I'm working on the next chapter after I eat dinner and watch an episode of Baby Daddy.
I'll try to stick to the every Sunday schedule, but it's Easter this weekend. In other words, no promises!
Enjoy this, even though it's short! ;P

Chapter 6
The end of the school day, finally, comes to a close. I've been waiting years for a day like this to happen with Claire; a day that we are alone to talk. For me, a chance to show her I'm not as bad as she thinks.
"Dude, she's going to be in your house and sitting on you bed!" says Kyle as he stands at my locker. "In other words, it's time for you to pounce. You'll be surprised what Claire likes."
"She's a girl," I answer. "Which means, I don't understand a single thought of hers."
He sighs, shaking his head. "If all else fails, feed her pizza, give her Dr. Pepper and talk about things other than homework. Even though it's studying, she doesn't like to talk schoolwork, okay?"
I nod, smiling slightly. "Thanks, man. I think I'll do that."
Kyle nods his head and then looks at Claire. "What are you doing here?" he asks, trying to act oblivious.
"What, I can't stand here?" she snottily replies. I smile. "I'm going home with Andrew so I can help him with his homework."
Kyle chokes out a laugh. "Good luck with that, Andrew," Kyle says, doing an amazing job acting like we weren't just talking about Claire. "She helped me study once and I never let her help me again. She's so controlling and a freaking smart-alec!"
Claire chin dropped. "No I'm not! My goal is to get you to learn something and not goof around like you do."
Kyle rolls his eyes. "I am much more tolerant than Kyle. And besides, Claire's like that all the time," I say, smirking.
She turns to me and with gritted teeth says, "Andrew, I freaking swear to God."
I laugh, shutting my locker door. Then I watch the twins stare at each other with squinted eyes.
"I hate you," says Claire.
"Feelings mutual," responds Kyle.
"Wow, intense," I intervene with laughter. I'm starting to get impatient. I want to spend alone time with Claire. I need to spend time with her.
"Anyway," says Kyle, "good luck with her as your study partner."
Claire and I walk away, speeding through the hallway. I'm just trying to avoid being seen by Susanna.
"I don't want you to piddle around more than you have already. The sooner we get this over with the sooner I can watch the Walking Dead episode from last night," I tell her, as if she cares.
"You watch the Walking Dead, too?" she asks, suddenly interested.
I nod, widening my eyes. I have an excessive love for that show for some odd reason. "Wait, do you?"
"Duh," she responds. "Everyone does."
"Oh my god!" I sigh. "Someone who understands me. So now you know why we need to cut this session short tonight, right?"
I open the school doors for her. "No. We can cut these study sessions short just as soon as you ace a test."
Alarmed, I look at her. "There's going to be more than one tutoring session? I strictly thought this was a one-time thing."
