You, a mermaid, washed up on shore, Scott and his pack find you.

You lay on the sandy beach as you wake up after being knocked out.

You attempt to crawl back to the water with the strength of your arms and the flapping of your tail as you hear people coming.

You know there's no use as you're too weak and you hear the people closing in as you screw your eyes shut, terrified.

You hear them talking as they stand around you, thinking you're dead.

"Is that a mermaid?" A red head girl asks.

"I believe so" I tanned male replies.

"If she's dead can we eat her?" A girl with short brown hair asks as the tanned boy rolls his eyes and groans.

"No Malia we can't" he says.

You try to scurry away into the water again as they all jump back in shock.

"Where the hell did you come from?" The tanned male asks as you meet his eyes.

"The ocean" you say as the male nods and helps you back into the water.

You smile, "thank you" you say quickly before swimming off as they all watch you.
