The Skater: On The Streets

- Yia's P.O.V -

I opened my eyes and everything was blurry for a second. It took me a minute to realize I wasn't in my house. I looked beside me and there was Matthew sitting in a chair beside the hospital bed I was in. I didn't asl where I was becuase it was obvious I was in a hospital.

"W-what happened?" After I asked that I got an throbbing pain in my head. I guess I hissed because Matthew started freaking out.

"After you shut the door on me I slung it open right after u shut it and you weren't far enough from the door and you go knocked out by the door." He explain stupidly. He voice made my head hurt worse.

"It hurts." I commented putting my palm against my forehead. I closed my eyes hoping that this migraine would go away.

"Be carful I'll get the doctor." Matthew said.

"No." I said before he got to the door. He ran up to me holding my head close to his chest.

"I'm sorry I'm so so so sorry. Please don't be mad I love you." He reassured me. I pushed away and laid on the cold pillow. It was conforting and I closed my eyes trying to go to sleep.

"I can't believe i missed the second day of school becuase you like to hit people with doors." I whispered loud enough for Matthew to hear. He chuckled and laid next to me on the bed."I probably have brain damage or something."

"Brain damage?" I herd an old man's voice come from the door of my room. "No it isn't that bad. Looks like you finally got her awake Matt."

"Yia this is-"

"Doctor Portman." He stuck out his hand. I shook his hand and then look at Matthew. "You just got knocked out you're completely fine. Infact you may return to school tomorrow and I'll write a doctors excuse."

""Thank you. So much. I dont know how i would live with myself if anything happened to her." Matthew whispered to himself.

"Well I'm still mad at you." I said and gave him the evil eye.

"Yia you might have bad migraines for while so I will prescribe you with pain medication. However, I'll leave that information with your mother." He explained. I nodded and I felt a sharp pain in the back of my head.

"Can I go to sleep?" I asked. The doctor laughed.

"Well no actually your going to have to leave in twenty minutes when your mother gets here." He said calmly. I rolled my eyes.

"Just wake me up when she gets here." I said and shut my eyes.

~ time skip ~

-in the car-

"Matthew I had no clue you where back in town tell me how have you been." My mom sounded way to excited.

"Mom shush My head hurts." I comanded as I covered my ears. Matthew tried to hold me close but i wouldn't let him.

"Ok. I'll give you space. Just know, I'm here if you want me." He smiled. I made a stupid face ans rolled my eyes.
"Come here Idiot." I said playfully. He jumped over to the middle seat and held me close to him. "I hate you."

"Well I love you." He whispered into my ear.

Guess what. Done with another chapter duh. Sorry my chapters are getting shorter. I can't help.... Well yes i can but I dont wanna. This book it starts to wrap up so the next chapter will be halloween even tho i skiped a month. Nothing happened. Sorry if that is to big of a skip. But whatever....
