Third POV
Back to present...

"I'm sorry you have to go through that," the teal pigtail hair girl spoke her condolence.

The boy just shook his head weakly and speak. "It's okay. I'm already used to it."

Miku could only nod before the two of them fell silence. Not that type of an awkward one but a rather comfortable one.

The two of them decided to escape classes until school's over. The two of them feel that they should take a break for a while from school after what did just happen to both of them.

'It is worth living?' The two of them probably have that thought lingering in their both broken mind.

It was a quite long silence before (y/n) break the fragile silence.

"How can you smiling? The world was cruel yet you still feeling cheerful."

Miku just smile when he ask that question, as if she really expect that kind of question.

"I actually don't know the reason but what I know that I don't want people bother about me, about my life, anything. But, I would gladly tell you my story since you already told me yours."

(Y/n) bring his head up and look at her. He then smile faintly to the girl.

*Flashback*

Miku's POV

"...and the princess live happily ever after. The end."

A light blue hair woman close the book and look at her little girl.

"That's a great story mummy! Can you read more for me?" beg the seven years old teal hair girl, looking at her mother.

The woman in her mid-twenties laugh as she tuck her only daughter to bed. "Sorry Miku-chan but you know you have to go to school tomorrow."

The young girl groan in frustration yet she still obey her mother's words.

"Good night mummy," she yawn before she slowly close her eyes and fell into a dreamless sleep.

Her mother smile as she look at her one and only daughter already fast asleep.

Slowly she bent and kiss her forehead gently and whisper. "Good night my little sakura."

Miku always look happy in front of her parents but what her parents don't know that she continuously being bully at her school.

"Let go of me baka!" scream the tral hair girl as three boys pulling her hair.

The boys ignore her scream and keep pulling her hair. Miku tried to fight but being as a girl, she had no strenght to fight. No one hear her scream as there's no one at the playground.

Fortunately, a woman at early twenties that happen to pass the playground inspect the incident.

"Hey! What do you guys doing?!" yell the woman.

The three boys stop their action and look at the woman. Their faces got pale and immediately run as fast as they could, leaving poor Miku crying.

The woman rushes towards her and and gently hold her shoulder.

"Hey, are you okay? Who's those boys who pulling your hair?" There's no immediate response from the girl. Only the sound of her sob she heard.
