Chapter 8

Renee's POV

"C-Cameron?"

I looked up and saw the love of my life right in front of me. He looked into my eyes and for a second

everything stopped. Just me and him, him and I alone, looking in each others eyes for what seemed like eternity. Until I was snapped out of it, by Hunter running at me full force screaming

"RENEE! RENEE! IT'S A MIRACLE!! SHES HERE! GABBY IS AWAKE!!"

In that moment, everything couldn't be better, my best friend is alive and Cameron Dallas is right in front of me holding me.

I jumped out of Cameron's arms, and ran to Hunter, he picked me up and swung me around. Like I said before, he smelled REALLY good.!

"I'm so happy for you" He said barring his face into my neck

"I'm so happy too!" I said, raising his face from my neck. I mean I know he had liked me since we were kids, does he still? I don't want to hurt his feelings.

WAIT!

"WHERES SARA AND JAKE?!" I yelled, jumping out of Hunter's arms and into the hospital.

"They are with Gabby" he yelled, "they said they...." his voice trailed off as I got into the elevator

*Room 502*

I ran out of the elevator and down the hallway, into Gabby's room.

I see Sara sitting on the bed with Gabby and squeezing Gabs hand and crying, and Gabby is holding Sara, and calming her down. I knocked on the door, and Gabby almost jumped out o bed to come see me.

"Gabrielle don't you dare try to get up" I threatens playfully, but serious.

"Okay, Okay, Okay! Jeez you don't need to be rude about it" She laughed.

I ran up to her and hugged her tight, and then we grabbed Sara

"I love you guys so much" Gabby said, and I could feel myself starting to tear up. But I held back, with a thought coming through my mind. 'Where is Jake?'

"Hey uh guys" I said breaking from the hug, "Where is Jake?"

"He said he was going to go get you" Sara said

"I never saw him, Hunter came and told me..."

Jake's POV

After Hunter told me that Gabby is okay, he ran down the hall and said he would be right back. I told my mom that I was gonna go get Renee and then have us meet my mom in Gabby's room.

I ran down go get Renee, but when I did I see her in the arms of some kid, and then run into Hunters arms and him putting his face in her neck, and I see her being swung around and laughing and actually smiling.

I can't do this, I start running out the door, but out of sight. I ran around the hospital entrance and stop. I broke down, everything I had held in so long, and tried to release from running finally came out.

Everything.

"I hurt her, and I let her go. Why am I such a F*CK UP?!" I yelled, and I could feel people look at me.

So I got up and picked up whatever dignity I had left. And I started running, and crying, and running, and crying.

(Hey Guys!! I'm making Ch. 8 Part 2! And It should be up Sunday-ish. Also Spring break is up. And I will be traveling a lot. But I have a lot of time to right, while I'm on planes and long car rides. So i'll make about 3-4 chapters! And Unfortunately I cant go down to Mooresville over spring break, One of my great Aunts died. So we're going to Arizona instead. ANYWHO! I will be updating soon!
