"Everything is easy."
An old saying people used to say long ago, but it's a lie. Everything is not easy; in fact, it's rarely easy. They used that saying before times were tough, before the prophecy. Today, we live in a world filled with complications, and difficulties. The legends keep expanding over the years. I was uncovering why, and who the prophecy is. The prophecy is someone who conceals something so sacred even she can't use it until, it was time. Her protector will heal her of her injuries to defeat a greater evil roaming in our very own lands. Her power is so great it can defeat any evil person, but unfortunately it cannot defeat evil itself, another will arise and it will take care of the evil's power. That story is for another time. This story I'm about to tell will test her to have courage, and faith in herself, but also in others. She conceals her right hand with a wrist cast, it will glow when it's close to time, time to defeat evil, and we call this The Right Mark. I am quite an old man now, in my younger days I was a historian, but now, I will show you the story that happened to a special girl I met when I was younger. This isn't the end of the story, this is only the beginning...
Author's Note: Hey guys! I apologize this is a bit short, the prologue wasn't supposed to be long anyways. Any who! Before we start chapter 1, I wanted to say I am HORRIBLE at grammar. I use grammarly, and word for it, and free programs if I come by them, I don't have money to use anything else. So I hope it looks good, I write stories for fun so it isn't a big deal, but if you come across something that needs to be fix feel free to comment, or PM me. This story is actually inspired by a real event, I sprained my right wrist, and I can't really draw, or write for a long time because I need it to heal especially for college in the fall. But I can type so I thought of doing this in my free time, even when it's better I will still be doing stories(; Sorry for making the author's note long I promise it will be shorter! I already have this story planned out and I will be planning out the second book while I write this as well, what do you guys think so far? do you like the prologue? I can't wait to show you guys everything in store for this story!
