3rd Pov. Amalla

Amalla lazily shook her head as her entire body was still tense. Shr groaned and slowly opened her eyes. Catching two men watching her, she sits up from the bench she laud on. One guard stepping to her, making her instincts kick in.

"Argh." The guard yells as she punched his face. Fastly ducking down from his punch and kicking out his legs. As the man fell, the other guard came running. She suddenly threw her leg up at his face, the man catching it as he spoke,
"Nuh uh, princess."

Amalla smirks, kicking her other leg up at his face. Thr guard stumbles back as she twists her leg free, grabbing the man's shirt to pull him close..
"Sorry, Princess. I didn't hear that." She responds before else lands a last hit to the man's face.

"Oh, good. You can fight." Amalla heard over an intercom, she looked to the glass in the room. She turned back to open the door, when it opened to Brian stepping in. Amalla ran to him, hugging him close as he hugged back.

"What did you do?" Brian asked as he say the two guards on the ground, holding her close as more cops entered behind them. She goes to step back, Brian holding her off from attacking them.
"Stop! They're fine." Brian yells, as Amalla tenses; glancing at him.
"You're working for cops again?! Oh, I'm gonna kill you!" She says calmly, alarming Brian as he took a step back. She grabbed his shirt, ready to hit him as someone spoke up.

"Hey! That's unnecessary. We just wanna talk." Amalla turned to the man and looked at the one in behind him as he began talking.
"Damn, O'Connor. I think she could kick your ass." Brian frowned as Amalla took a step away. The first cop, gestures to have a seat, Brian following to sit as she did as well.

"Basically you going to help us in order for you to stay out of jail and become free." Amalla scoffed, glaring at Brian who kept his eyes down.
"I could disappear very easily, you know." She states as the man responds, "Well, go ahead. Anyways, you guys gotta find another driver so you can get in." The cop finishes before stepping out with the other one.

"Brian. Why are you working with them again? Remember what happened last time?" He didn't answer, Amalla subconsciously rubbing her thin, light scar from their last encounter.

"I know what happened." Brian replied as he stood up.
"That and so much more happened to you, and I will never forgive myself." She sighed, debating a few things in her mind.
"We're going to look for the other driver tomorrow if you wanna come." Brian said as he began walking towards the door.
"Not that we have much of a choice. Of course I'll go. I'll always be there for you." He paused, turning to look at her with a smile.
"Who are we going to find?"

"We've known him for years, Mall." "Rome." She adds, Brian's head nodding in agreement.
