3rd Pov. Amalla

"Hey, can you tell me what went wrong?" Brian said, as Amalla stood next to Rome on his right.

"That's what I want to know." Bilkins said, and Markham walked up with his gun in hand.

"Show me your hands. Keep them up!" He yelled, and Amalla rolled her eyes. Agent Dunn quickly walked checks us and walked back to Markham.

"What's this about?" Rome yelled and held his hands up.

"What's going on?" Brian asked towards Bilkins, and Markham stared at Amalla.

"Hold this." Markham said, and tossed his gun at Dunn.

"You think you canshoot at me? I'm a goddamn federal agent." Markham yelled as he grabbed Amalla's arms. Brian and Rome went to grab Markham but Dunn pointed the gun at him.

Amalla gasped at Markham's gripped and kneed him in the gut. Markham bent over and she punched his face. He fell to the ground, and Amalla went to kick him again.

"Don't." Dunn warned, and Amalla pulled out the gun she was hiding on her left side with the holester. She pointed it at Markham, and put her heel on his throat and put pressure on it. Markham held her shoe as he looked at Bilkins.

"Amalla, don't." Brian said, and she flicked back the the loader.

"Why not? He just attacked me without probable cause. I have every right to protect myself. And besides, Rome was the one that shot him." She said, and looked back at Dunn.

"Now, be a good boy and put it down." She teased and he brought his arms down. Amalla waited a few seconds, and lifted her foot, and sheathed her gun. Markham coughed, as he caught his breath and stood.

Amalla stared at Brian, as he gave her a look.

"You almost blew our cover. Verone was testing us." Rome said, and Amalla was pulled to the side by Brian.

"I am only gonna tell you once. Put that up. In my car. Now." Brian said, and Amalla pulled her arm away.

"No, I'm tired of listening to you. I'm broken and I'm trying to heal. And I have the scars to prove it." Amalla said, and Brian sighed.

"I've already aplogised for that." Brain said, and Amalla scoffed.

"You think i blame you for the scars? No, I blame that car didn't go fast enough. I'm angry that my life went to hell. That you were a damn cop." Amalla said, and backed away as she walked out the doors.

She sat quietly in her car, as she saw Brian and Rome climb in his car and take off. She followed after them, as she thought about Dom.

1st pov. Amalla

' "When was the last time, I kissed you?" Dom asked, as I was bent over fixing the firebird. I shook my head, as i felt hands on my waist.

"Um, I don't know." I said, honestly as I moved away and grabbed another wrench.

"Let's go and do something then." He said, and made me turn to face him.

I smiled, and wrapped my hands around his neck.

"Where would we go?" I asked, and he smiled.

"Anywhere. I'll go anywhere for you." '

She sighed, as she remembered that day. Dom said, he loved her. And she returned it as well.

Amalla stopped, and slowly got out of her car. She stood in front of Tej's garage, as she walked back to her boathouse next to Brian's.

She slowly closed her door, and locked it. She walked back towards her shower, and turned it on. She slowly took off her shirt. She did the same for the rest of her clothes, as she took her shower.

Brian stood in his boathouse, as he stared at himself in the mirror.

"Why'd I agree to go after Dom?" He asked himself, as he sat on his bed and leaned his face in his hands.

"I hurt Amalla, Mia, Dom. God, why am I so stupid?" He asked himself, and he turned and quickly changed.

---

"Amalla, we're going to get some cars. Tej said he got a car for me, so I'm gonna race the blue one for you. Are you good?" He asked, through her door. Amalla stayed quiet as she heard him begin to leave.
She stayed quiet the whole time, just thinking as she went into peaceful sleep.
