~ Chapter 27 ~

~~ Time skip 9 months later ~~

Y/n POV
"Park Y/n", the nurse called out.

"Ah! Yes, here", I announce. 

I tug Jimin's hand and give him a little nod. We stand up together and follow the nurse to see the doctor.

"Hi Y/n and Jimin! Good to see you two again. How's everything going?", Dr. Kim asks politely.

"Hi Dr. Kim, we're good. Everything is coming along perfectly, thank you and you?", Jimin replies Dr. Kim.

"That's prefect! And I'm very well thank you Jimin. Now, let's get to it shall we?", Dr. Kim gestured to the hospital bed.

I let go of Jimin's hand and slowly climb onto the bed with my big round belly. As my body slowy and softly hit the bed my heart starts to race, beat faster. The longer I wait for the doctor to get ready the more nervous I get. 

"Are you nervous y/n?", Dr. Kim suddenly asks me. He could see through me, my expressions.

"Yeah.. Just a little.. This is our last check up with you and little baby here is going to pop out soon", I explain as honestly as I could excitedly yet nervously.

Dr. Kim chuckles at me response and says "Don't worry everything well be fine, you and little baby will be just fine" and continues with what he was doing. 

During the check up Dr. Kim explains to Jimin where the baby's heart beat is, where the baby's little hand and feet is. Dr. Kim is really really kind to us. I watch Jimin as Dr. Kim explains everything to him. I can see his beautiful eyes sparkle while looking at our little baby. It really warms my heart to see how loving he is towards our little baby. I can't imagine how much he would love him or her once she's enters into this world of ours.

"Jimin-ah.. That's our little baby..", I say to him with a shaky voice while pointing at the little machine that shows our baby. 

Jimin's eyes shifts from the machine to me and his eyes instantly softens. He leans in and kisses my forehead and holds my hand. I caress his hand with my thumb and he does the same. 

After a good 30 to 40 minutes of check up Dr. Kim said our little baby is really healthy and that I'm really healthy as well, which is really good for when little baby decides to come out.

"Well, that's all for today Y/n and Jimin. Once again, congratulations and good luck. I can already see how great you two will be as parents", he says with an extremely warm smile. 

"Thank you Dr. Kim. Thank for everything up until now. When little baby comes out I will bring him or her for a visit. Thank you so much again", I say to Dr. Kim to express my gratitude. Although our time with Dr. Kim wasn't very long he felt like someone who is very close, like family. I can feel that he is very caring and protective for me, Jimin and of course of little baby and for that I am grateful. 

Now that I think about it he always reminded me of someone but I could never put a finger on it.. Oh my gosh. I got it.. He looks like another version on Jin! Kim Seok Jin! His relative? Ayee.. No way Y/n.. Don't be silly a lot of people look similar. 

"Heeeey! Wifey! What are you thinking about so deeply?", Jimin says while putting me in close for an embrace and peck my forehead sweetly. I let out a little giggle because of his cute actions. 

"Nothing much~~", I sing in response.

"Doesn't Dr. Kim look like Jin a little? Or a lot?", I ask Jimin in a joking tone.

"Yeah.. He actually does.. Now that you mention it wifey", he replies after seriously thinking about it for a while. 

"Baby, I need to go toilet. Wait for me here? Just sit down for a while! I love you!", he says while pointing at the chairs laid out against the hospital walls. He quickly gives me a peck on the lips and runs towards the stairs and did a kissy face before he heads down for the toilets. I chuckle at his cute behavior.
