- Corinna's POV -

As I woke in a state of confusion I looked around the room before my eyes locked on Kat. I shook her slightly waking her up.

As soon as I clicked on where we were I started to stress. "Kat we need to go. Now."

She rolled over and groaned, looking at me. "Hm?" I sighed at her reply in frustration, quickly standing up.

"We're leaving. Get up." She sat up slowly rubbing her eyes. I opened the door quietly, creeping my way through the house.

As she followed me, I put my hand on the door knob, slowly turning it. "Good morning to you too."

I jumped slightly, my eyes moving to the kitchen. "Morning." I said awkwardly, stepping away from the door.

"I like you two." He smiled, blowing out a large amount of smoke. "Leaving so soon?" He asked, lifting his eyebrow.

"We should probably get going." I laughed nervously, tucking a strand of hair behind my ear. "Fair enough." He sighed, squishing his cigarette into an ash tray.

He placed his hand on my back, handing me a slip of paper before opening the door. His hand crept down slightly as we made our way out of his house, saying our goodbyes.

"What a night." Kat said, holding her heels in her hand. Memories from last night flooded back into my mind. I kissed him.

I choked a little as the memory entered my mind. "You good?" Kat asked, stepping into the elevator with me. I simply nodded. Under normal circumstances, I would tell her. But this wasn't normal, it was confusing, unreal.

"What did he give you?" She asked, looking at the note in my hand. I opened it up and read it slowly.

Call me. - Mat

He had signed off with his number. "Holy shit Corinna!" She squealed, taking the paper out of my hands. I still wasn't sure if i regretted last night. Sure, it was fun, but extremely low of me.

I faked a smile for her, walking out of the elevator quickly.

---

When we arrived home I jumped on the couch, groaning out of comfort. "Are you gonna call him?" She asked, placing her bag down. "I don't know, probably not." I said, truthfully.

"Come on, at least text him. Please?" I moved my attention towards her, seeing the desperate look on her face.

"Fine." I picked up my phone and typed his number in, ending him a quick message.

Hey, it's Corinna

I locked my phone and put it on the arm rest on my couch, rolling over and closing my eyes.

I woke up later, rubbing my eyes. I checked my phone. 3:42pm.

I sat up from the couch, my eyes focusing on the text message.

Surprised you texted me, Hey baby.

I furrowed my eyebrows, reading it over. Baby?
