Free Fall ~ Peter Parker / Spider-Man

B A R G A I N I N G PART 1

THIS CHAPTER TAKES PLACE IN 3RD PERSON

Venus scanned the room, paranormal from her incident. A growing fear inside of her that the men were here watching her, knew where she was even though they couldn't be possibly near.

"Hey V, why are you wearing a jacket? Aren't you hot?" Michelle asked bringing the girl back from the 101 thoughts running though her head.

"Oh umm, I just didn't want to be seen wearing this hideous P.E. shirt." Venus replied slightly off guard as she readjusting her hands on Michelle's feet as her friend continued to do sit-ups with a book in her hands. Venus's eyes wonder to her forearm where her raw flesh was being covered by her jacket sleeve.

"30, your done. Do you want go sit the bleachers?" Venus got up and started walking towards the bleachers where her friend Liz was sitting with a couple others. Michelle sat next to Venus who sat next to Liz.

"Spider- what?" Venus asked as her Michelle only caught a snippet of the conversation as they sat down.

"You haven't heard of Spider-Man?" The blonde girl asked.

"Here, watch this." Liz pulled out her phone and began playing a video off YouTube. Venus watched as a man in a red and blue suit entered the bank and drawling the attention of the robbers. Watching as the suited man fought off the robbers was suddenly thrown off guard by the sudden use of high tech weapons. Venus unconsciously wrapped her hand around the area of her forearm, The terrifying memory being brought back to the surface of the man who broken to her studio apartment and waking up in a strange place which seem like where all of this technology was being manufactured.

"Is he supposed to like a neighborhood superhero or something?" Asked Venus wheels began turning in her head.

"He's the friendly neighborhood support." Liz replied to Venus.

"So he never leaves this area?" Venus question Liz about the superhero.

"Not that I know of." Liz answered the question a little confused on why she would ask.

"Have you ever met him? " Venus pressed for more answers.

Before Liz could answer Ned jumped up and shouted "PETER KNOWS SPIDER-MAN!"

Both boys began to draw the attention of almost everyone in the room as the wide eye Peter was quick to say "what? N-no, I mean I-I met him once but that was it." Peter's attention went from the group of kids sitting on the bleachers to his friend Ned, giving him a stern look. Well the teacher yelled at the boys to get back to work Michelle grabbed Venus wrist and pulled her to the side.

"Peter has crush you." Michelle stated bluntly.

"What? No." Venus denied Michelle's accusations as the blush started to grow away her cheeks.

"You have a thing for him!" Michelle gasped in realization. Both girls remain silent, enjoying the moment with each other.

"In my opinion, I think you guys would look really good together. I mean two geniuses dating, that's a real power couple, my otp." Michelle said half jokingly earning a laugh and bright smile from Venus.

"Here" Venus said while handing a slice of toasted bread on a napkin to Michelle. While Michelle spreads peanut butter while Venus put strawberry jam. A few moments later Peter and Ned walk in whispering something along the lines of Spider-Man.

"I can believe you guys at this lame party." Michelle stated attaching their attention.

"You're here too" Ned looked back and forth to Michelle and Venus a little confused.

"Are we" Venus said in a jokingly serious manner as Michelle gave the knowing look before walking away. Before Michelle could fully turn away Venus mouthed to her 'I'll be right back". Once Michelle gave a soft nod Venus moved towards the boys and walked next to Peter.

"So I heard Spider-Man is coming." Venus mentioned casually.

"Yes" Ned responded almost immediately while Peter said "No, while I don't know I m-mean. He might come."

"You look very pretty." Peter changed the subject by complementing Venus.

"Thanks, you don't look to bad yourself." Venus tucked a piece of hair behind her ear.

"So we made you decide to come to the party?" Peter asked trying to start a conversation.

"Anything sounds better the staring at a school book." Venus let out a loose laugh at her lame excuse to get out the house. "What you?"

"Oh when he heard you were going." Ned answered for Peter who gave him a look.

"I'm just going to go over there." Ned disappeared in the crowd. Peter started scratching the back of his neck nervously as he faced Venus.

"Do you want to dance?" Venus grabbed a hold of Peter's hand and began leading him to the dance floor with her. They danced together off beat to almost every song as the showed off their dance moves. Both have fits of laughter as the grabbed on to each other for support. Making lasting memories at the heart of the dance floor.

"I'm going to get something to drink, do you want something?" Venus leaned in a little and shouted, hoping Peter heard her. Peter gave her a soft nod as she started making her way to the kitchen while he went back to his friend Ned.

"Peter! Where's your buddy Spider-Man, huh?
I mean don't tell me you actually believe something like Venus would dance with you just to dance with you?" Tony started tearing down Peters self-esteem once Venus was out of sight. Before Tony could say anymore Peter pushed past him and went out the door.

With two water bottles in hand,  Venus went searching for Peter. Once Venus has given up she walked up to Ned and asked "where's Peter?".

This was was supposed to be a really long chapter but I broke it up in half to I could post today, so the part is going to come out soon.

I also have two really good book ideas if your interested in reading it let me know and I will definitely write it.

1- I have a Tom Holland fanfic idea. I got this inspiration with watching YouTube, so my idea is the this really well known youtube star gets sent to the Spider-Man homecoming set to do some interviews. She also get the opportunity to play an extra. And let's just say things spark and they kept in touch.

2- I have another marvel fanfic idea that is inspired by a scene in civil war, so maybe if what another Peter Parker story or something this would be perfect.
