Now stand in front of the main branch house stood Naruto and Hinata in the same position as they left "I had an amazing time Naru-kun" hinata said first "Yeah me too I hope we can many more like this" naruto said "Me too" hinata said giving a quick peck on the cheek before heading inside leaving a stunned Naruto 'yeah I'll like that a lot' he mumbled before leaving in a torrent of water.

Present 3rd POV

Hokage Office- Morning

We find other blond hero patiently outside the hokage's office awaiting an audience with her. Soon the her receptionist from behind her desk announced : "The Hokage will see you now Uzumaki-san" "Thank you " the blond said as he walked into the hokage's office

"Morning Baa-chan!" Naruto said in a cheerily voice

"Hey brat, believe you have something to discuss with as you came here so early" the busty hokage replied. Turning serious Naruto said "Yes I do, It's about the Akatsuki believe I have a way to combat them" "Really how so" said seriously "We create a squad of shinobi, I know we already have the ANBU but they already serve their purpose. This new squad will be tasked with handling special cases such as the Akatsuki" he continued "Really you'll peaked my interest and who will be in this and what's its name" tsunade replied "Well the Konoha 12 and their sensei with Anko Mitarashi, its name "Kokuryu-gun/ Black Dragon Squad, do you as Hokage agree and support this team to combat against the forces of the Akatsuki" Naruto ask/said respectfully " I, As the Hokage support the Black Dragon Squad" she replied in her " Hokage voice" "What really" Naruto replied surprised not expecting her to agree so easily or quickly "Yes Naruto you have solid story and point but I do have call an council meeting seeing some of the villages heirs are directly involved, ANBU summon the council, the Konoha 12 with their sensei and Anko Mitarashi" said the Hokage. Motionlessly ANBU left to retrieve the mention.

Later in the Council

The council seated in the room, with the ninja side on the left and civilian on right with the Konoha 12 and the others stationed in front of the council. "I wonder what Hokage-sama wants" Asuma asked "Meh don't worry I'm sure its nothing" said Kakashi lazy replied "THAT'S RIGHT MY YOUTHFUL FRIEND NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT" Gai shouted youthfully "You saod something" kakashi replied "Damn you Kakashi and your hip" Gai said. Before anything else could happen Tsunade walked in with Naruto trailing her 'hmm naruto? Why he's following the hokage' was the all rookies thoughts "Tsunade why have called a meeting" a fat council ask leaking some KI Tsunade replied "That's Hokage-sama to you understand?" "Hai Hokage-sama" the now scared civilian replied "Now I'm here with regards of the formation of a new squad code name : Black Dragon Squad" she said as she sat in her chair with Naruto standing far in front of the summoned personnel murmuring was heard around the room " What's the purpose of this new squad Hokage-sama" shikaku nara asked "Well to combat the force known as the Akatsuki and any other special cases" she said "Hmm Akatsuki, troublesome" he replied "What's the Akatsuki" asked ino " The Akatsuki : a group of shinobi suddenly popped in the ninja world few years ago containing all S ranked nuke-nin their mission: Capture the bijuu!" shikaku replied to ino's question " This squad, who's idea was it, Hokage-sama" chouza asked "The one standing before you, Naruto Uzumaki" she replied shocking many 'naurto thought of this wow' where some of the thought of the rookies in the room "Really interesting, and who will be in this squad I suspect those standing before us now" asked/said Tsume directing the question to naruto "Yes you're correct, tsume-san" Naruto replied "And who will be leading this operating?" hiashi asked "Kakashi Hatake, as he as the most experience with this kind of thing with gai, kurerai , asuma and anko as captains, hiashi-san" Naruto replied "Now that's over, all in favor" tsunade said. Everyone on the ninja council raised their hands "Then tha-" tsunade was cut short as a civilian council asked "Don't we have a say in this" "No no you don't seeing this is a ninja matter and your on the civilian council" tsunade replied "How Dare You!" the member screamed "HOW DARE I KNOW YOUR PLACE CIVILIAN I'M YOUR HOKAGE MY WORD IS LAW remember that the next time you speak out of terms" she said leaking massive amount of KI calming down "Now as I was saying before I was rudely erupted with all agreed the Black Dragon Squad is official formed, meeting dismissed, Dragon Squad(A/N from now on its just dragon squad when talking cuz it's a pain to continue writing Black Dragon Squad over and over) meet at the tower in Training Ground 44" she said as she shunshined out with the new members of said squad following close behind.

"Good you're here" she said she turned to face the new squad "As you can tell this well be your base of operation" she said "Hai" was her emit respond "Good here's your uniform and face masks" she said pulling a box, opening it to relieve pitch black compact shirts and pants with old Senju amour in a midnight color expect one with was colored silver also with white porcelain mask with black markings depicting a dragon. Now dress in the uniform Tsunade backed them and said "Congrats, Dragon Squad serve this nation well" then leaving in a storm of leaves.
