Anna pov
The bell rang and I stept out of class.
I went to the locker to put all my stuff finally but I didn't get to it. I was pushed back by someone.
It was that girl. She glared at me with a 'back off' face. "What do you want now?" I asked with not wanting to start this conversation.
"Leave me and my boyfriend alone" she said to me as she kept on that face.
"I didn't do anything to you, weirdo" I stayed with no shame.
"Says the one with no boyfriend" she said and giggled. Her fake smile with her fake giggle and her fake face.
"What did you say??!" She asked me with a really mad face. I almost laughed in her face about how red she was. I can't even describe it. Then I realized, did I say that out loud???
"Just leave me alone and don't worry, I won't get anywhere near you or your stupid boyfriend" I said and walked away.
I walked to my locker and opened it with the code they gave me. When I closed the door there he stood. I jumped as I freaked out, I kick him in his... you know the rest. And he bent down as he hooded that place.
"You freak. You never scare a girl like that, especially me".
"Now I'm aware. Thank you" Derek said as I try not to burst in laughter.
I walked away from him back to class as the class is about to start.
As I came back to class I went to sit in my spot. Derek sat next to me the minute he saw me.
I rolled my eyes and took my bag down.
"Well that's a start" he said as I looked at him with furred eyebrows.
"A start for what?" I asked him in a curious way.
As he was about to tell me the teacher came in and started to teach.
"Students listen I have something important to tell you guys, as you know this is the first day as well as your first assignment. You guys will couple up as teams by whoever is next to you. You have to finish it till this Friday".
Everyone started booing and yelling. The teacher didn't care and started to teach as usual. I saw in the corner of my eye that Derek had a smirk on and looked at me. I slowly Turned my head towards him with a sarcastic smile.
"I guess we are partners" he said with a smirk on his face.
"Yea... we are. Listen we can do it today at my place at 6 pm straight I'll send you my address and just come" I said without no regret.
"I thought we are taking it easy" he said with a smirk.
"Taking what easy??" I asked having no clue what is the point.
The bell rang at it was lunch time. I walked to the cafeteria and as I walked in I froze. Didn't know were to go, were to sit, who to talk with. Then suddenly I felt a warm tight grip on my shoulder as he dragged me with him to a place to sit.
He pulled me down to sit and so I did. I see around me people that I never seen before (well of course you're in a new school duhhhh).
