K O S E Y

The sun was shining so bright and the birds were flying and chriping at the sky. They're singing because of happiness but why I was feeling so empty and worthless?

Being apart from Red was one of the worst things because he made me do something that I couldn't before. I am already out of the closet and now I was alone here sitting under the sun, summer had come. He was currently at town with his family and friends. Stanley and Lianne are with their own friends and family and I have no one now.

     Alone.

Is this what I get for being out? I sighed with that thought.

I see people scattered were laughing, lying stomach down across the blankets ,they are getting tanned, some are playing guitars and others are swimming which is the main reason why you go to a beach, some were just sitting at the bar, either drinking or eating or talking.

While I was on my way back to my room to pack up and go home, located at the second floor third door I found someone, his back against next to my door, like an inch or two away.

I cleared my throat and asked, "Excuse me? Can I help you?" He's scrolling through his phone and seemed to ignore my question.

     All right then.

I walked all the way through, ignoring him, the door when he grabbed my arm, it was kind of tight.

I grunted in pain, "What the hell?"

Instead of giving me an explanation he smiled and pulled me out from my doorstep. He flattened his clothes and introduced himself, his name was Tyler. He said he was watching me all this time and noticed that I was alone.

"How did you knew my room then?", I asked, so that's why I had a feeling that I was being watched.

He chuckled and said, "You've been looking at this room ALL THE TIME," he pointed the wooden door painted in blue, "waiting for someone?" he asked.

"My boy--- my friend." I said, uncertain.

His brows were furrowed, "Boyfriend." it was more like a statement than a question.

"I don't know, we're not settled, I guess. But we hugged each other, kissed and knew each other's family. He's my boyfriend, I can say."

"I see," he said, suddenly his voice were welled in sadness, "so, I should go then?"

"Why did you came here in the first place?" I tried to keep him up, he looked at me longer than a minute, Tyler was thinking I guess.

He turned back, "Drinks?" he offered, a smile drawn to his face.

"I am thankful that you're here, its always better to be accompanied by someone than by no one." I said, we were sitting at the sand just came from surf boarding, it was actually fun, though I fell down a million times at the water, I've learned. He taught me and he said if I was interested I just had to look for him here.

He lied down and asked, "You've improved fast at the surf boarding, you're a fast learner."

Blushing I said thank you. He have told me about him being here for a week break during his school days but turned out he wanted here, he didn't came back instead his family was visiting him here. He loved the water, the sand, the sunrise and sunsets. He basically loved the coast.

"It's beautiful," I was referring to the sunset.

"Yes it is." He said, I caught him looking at me, I didn't loose the gaze, it was like he was searching for something inside my soul, asking, demanding for an answer.

Suddenly a picture of Red flashed out of nowhere, somehow telling me that I still have him, I know he loves me, I freaking love him to death. Unfortunately, he was just nowhere to be found for now. It was somehow my conscience striked.

I looked away, "The sunset was beautiful." I said it once again.

He held his right arm out for me to stand up, I looked at the beautiful creature above me. He was a six footer, had a blonde curly hair with a porcelain skin, he wore a black top tank with a 'shut up, i'm not straight' printed on it which clearly says that he's either a bisexual or gay. I was at the forest when I peeked at those beautiful emerald eyes. Red has the bluest eyes though.

He snapped, "We're going to the bar."

"Yeah, right." I was afraid, I wasn't the man of the bar, I have never been on one and I never intend to go to one.

     Except tonight.

Since Tyler was the only company I have I guess I have to go. It's my first time, I hope I'll have a good. time.
