You could see the Southern Isles, if the wind continued like it did now, you would arrive at port within the next hour. You knew you were going to have to make a decision, and quickly. "Sir, the holding tank is ready. Should we put the mermaid in now?" a shipmate asked.

You nodded, "They won't believe us unless she's got a tail, do it." you said, "But try not to force her, tail or no tail she's still a mermaid and can easily kick all of your asses." He nodded and walked away. You sighed, "Poseidon you must have a cruel sense of humor to have me capture the one mermaid in the sea that I actually give a damn about." You muttered.

You were in your quarters. You weren't sure how long it had been, but obviously the wind wasn't in the mood for cooperation. It was slowing your progress, the letter you sent back to the Southern Isle was sure to have arrived by now and you promised your family that you'd be home within 24 hours of when they got that letter.

"Captain," you first mate said, "maybe we should raise the sails and drop anchor for an hour, I'm sure your family will understand if you're unable to fulfill one promise because of a force of nature." He explained.

You pulled the small snowman doll out of your pocket and closed your eyes, but then they opened filled with determination. You put the snowman on your desk next to your flute, "Gather the crew members and prepare to use the oars, keep the sails down in case the wind picks up." You said, "Mother Nature if you're watching I have a small message for you." you said looking out the porthole and flipping it off. You turned to your first mate, "We're men of the sea, we don't solely rely on the wind. We're going to get home whether or not nature wants us to."

Your first mate chuckled, "Aye aye Captain (Y/N)." he said and walked to a place where he could give the announcement.

You were below deck looking at the men at their rowing positions rowing to the beat of the drum, "Are you the members of my crew or not?" you called out, "We're going to get home as fast as humanly possible which means I want you all to work your hardest. If any of you collapse, somebody come retrieve me and I'll take their place." You knew these men were strong enough to do this job, but you weren't taking any chances.

You walked into the cargo hold where you found Elsa in another glass coffin, how Hans knew to load more than one onto your ship you had no idea, at least whoever put her in there still had the decency to keep the lid open, "I take it your happy to be back in the water," you said walking up to the coffin.

She shrugged, "It's refreshing, but I'd rather have a little more room." She admitted.

"Well, when all this is over I'm sure things will be better for you." you said sitting down, you weren't really so sure with your words. You didn't know what Hans would do to her after you handed her over to him, assuming that you were going to hand her over.

Elsa looked over at you, "You know, I've never met anyone like you (Y/N)." she said.

You blushed a bit, "Well most people that meet me want to get rid of me so I'm sure you're not alone." Elsa laughed, damn you loved hearing that sound.

"Well you are different, but..." she said, before you could question her she leaned over and kissed you on the cheek, "it's a good different." She said.

Your face felt on fire, you felt like jumping up and doing a merry sea jig. You cleared your throat and stood up and started to walk backwards, "W-well, it was a nice talk, but I guess I better get below deck," you said before nearly slapping yourself, "I-I mean above deck, you know steering and commanding... I'm just gonna go." You said turning around and walking straight into a wall, you jumped back "Whoops, I hit the... thingy." You couldn't think straight, so you just shut up and ran above deck. Elsa tried not to giggle as she watched you go, you really were different.
