Star's POV

Yesterday was cora's birthday it was alright but for her she had so much fun we had a mini jacuzzi and then we had a little tea party and then had cookie instead of cake and we got all the servants that wanted to we let them sing happy birthday to her and then I gave her a ring I had got from the witch it took a lot of me to get it but it allowed her to shift but she will be as strong as a normal wolf

Well anyway the queen and king didn't care about the party but they don't know about the ring so shh! Oh and then the witch gave me a ring to but it gave my wolf alpha strength but moon is supposed to be more stronger then any alpha so that's why I got only alpha power

Right now me and Cora are sitting in my room and I'm French braiding her hair and actually when I was done I looked at her and now that she is 10 she kinda looks like me ..../.\ awe

Hehe anyways we were jumping on the bed when we heard a gunn shot be fired we looked out my window and saw a battle being formed and then we heard my door guards leave I looked at Cora she looked at me we both had the same idea

We ran to the doors but I stopped her " Cora if we go out there you have to promise to stay next to me the WHOLE time " I said she nodded and pushed me so I could keep running I sighed and started running again but this time with her on my back

We got out side and the war was already at battle I sniffed the air and werewolfs were the one fighting the vamps ....wow

Then I saw a portal

I ran to it while it felt Iike Cora was holding on for dear life I mentally laughed but my wolf was so focused to get out of here so moon picked up her speed and ran as fast as the ring could let her then right when we were about to jump in the portal we were tackled

'I knew it wasn't gonna be that easy' I told my self but then I notice Cora wasn't on my back I looked at the person who knocked me over and it was a warrior fighting a vamp who tried to get me then I got up quickly

I needed to find Cora I looked all over until I saw her she was lying down next to a dead body and she wasn't b-breathing

I cried but didn't waste time I wanted to give Cora a proper funeral so I picked up Cora and one of her eyes opened when she saw it was me she let out breath

'Oh she was pretending to be dead' I told moon she sighed in relief

"Come on before it closes and don't ever do that to me again" I told her she rolled her eyes but nodded
