She sat down gracefully, as though she was royalty. Her hair drifted around her head before settling gracefully on her back. She turned her face skyward and the sun lit up every eyelash on her face. People called out to her, but she never acknowledged them at all.
I stood there staring, she was such a great beauty that she took my breath away. I would do anything to be half as pretty as her. All to soon she stood and turned away.
We all watched as she fixed her flowing white dress, secured the ribbon better, and tucked a strand of hair behind her ear. Then she faced us all again. she spread her arms in a ' T ' and went up on her toes.
We all gasped as she fell forward, off the building and on to the sidewalk in front of us.
She fell in such a way that she might have been mistaken for sleeping if not for the ever increasing pool of blood beneath her angelic body.
A woman screamed and my world turned black as i stared at the blood beneath my mother's prone body.
